Staff was not there to work. Waited and waited to pick up a phone with no other customers in store. Gave up and finally left.

I visited to get my phone replaced and Keneddi was beyond helpful. They didn't have what I needed, and even though I wasn't spending $ that day, she spent extra time going into settings on her own phone to show me how to recover some things. A+++ customer service, really appreciated.

I’ve had a terrible experience through the Verizon customer service on my own. I came into the store for help and they were all so nice and helpful.

I would not recommend going to this store to buy a new phone. Customer service was absolutely terrible!! They are very rude!! I literally was there for 5 hours!!! For something that could have took 1 hour or less! Worst experience I ever witnessed! I was very unhappy leaving there.

I am disappointed with how these people to even speak. They have no human decency or respect to assist customers which is terrible. Only one representative was eager to assist and have a positive attitude. Hope I got your name right since when i called nobody couldnt ask a simple question. (Brent was amazing to do business with)... call in to ask to speak with him. And all I get is idk who you talking about. Idk if he here. Idk if he works tomorrow. Idk he just on lunch break. Like all I ask for was the same PERSON who cared to help me.

Jasmine was very rude store understafff . Nice nasty attitude . Waited in store for 35 mins and while other customer stood around some not checked in at all and others being helped as soon as they walked in with no appointment . Very disorganized store and while being short staffed is understandable this should not carry over to the experience of the customer.
An older woman was desperately asking any employee for help at the business service phone and everyone who looked at her just kept acting to busy to even hear her concern

They close at 6 pm and the time to close the store is at 7, I arrived at 6:15 pm, they did not want to assist me.

The worst location ever. This store has been around far too long to still lack urgency and be short staffed. The wait to even sign in has ALWAYS been ridiculous and no one acknowledges you upon entering the building. They take their sweet, precious time. Verizon charges WAAAY too much for everything for ANY of their corporate stores to be continuously slacking. (eye roll)

Just switched to Verizon and had some confusing experiences online and with customer service on the phone. However, I went to the store and Kevin got me straight right away. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and answered all my questions and helped me get everything set up and was very kind and patient and personable. Thank God for people like him, available to talk to face-to-face, to help sort things out.
