I just want to take the time out to leave a much deserved 5 star review. I purchased my second car from this location. Creed and his team really go above and beyond to get the job done. They really do take care of you and do their best to help you out in any way they possibly can! I have nothing but good things to say about them and I will never do business with anyone else but them! They are awesome!

I highly recommend Wade Ford for the Service Department and I highly recommend Sean Dunlap... Sean went beyond his duties to make sure that my 2017 Ford Focus were serviced good and in a timely manner.. Sean were very Attentive to make sure my Car needs and to make sure I had a loaner car.. Sean always made sure that I were notified about any thing about my repairs and warranty...If you are in need of a great service advisor I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Sean Dunlap For his Honesty and his kindness ☺️ Great Job Sean!!!

Really poor experience today with the service regarding communication and pricing of repair. What should have been a $160 diagnostic fee turned into (2) $160 diagnostic fees. Extreme dishonest business practice. The noise that my car was making was not repaired, understandably being that the parts were aftermarket but why did I pay an additional $160 for the diagnosis when I was originally told that the noise was NOT coming from any suspension assembly. The other $160 diagnosis fee was for a loose bumper and exhaust install that was originally installed incorrectly by Wade Ford according to their service specialist. Feeling robbed. Last time I do any business with this dealership.

Robert & Jason at Wade Ford took good care of my F250. I’ve diligently maintained the truck for the past 16 years and have a high standard when it comes to my vehicles’ performance and the work done on them. I had to bring my diesel in for service, and when I got it back, it performed like a newer vehicle. Good job team! Keep it up! -B

They did a phenomenal job on repairing the front fender of my car. However I mentioned to Marc I believe his name was that my air conditioner started to act up after the accident. I don’t think he looked at it or my condenser. I say that simply because now it’s not working at all. But other than that great service.

I went in to get a running light bulb changed and after 4 hours I left with a bulb that still didn't work. Told them when I arrived I just wanted the bulb changed and no other inspections or extras. 2 hours in i was told they diddnt have the bulb and were waiting on it to be delivered, during that time they did an inspection that i didn't want. Finally after waiting the 4 hours I was told I was ready and they weren't going to charge me for the inspection that I didn't want, very nice of them. Before I left I checked the bulb and it wasn't working, this was 5pm. I was told the bulb worked when they put it in, are you kidding me, but they would be happy to look at it. I just left, after paying $135 , waiting 4 hours not a good experience. Changing out a light bulb on a Ford fusion should not be so hard.

After a not so great experience with Wade Ford back in 12/2019. I will say this time around I was pleased with my outcome. Shaquille S was very professional and very helpful with explaining what needed to be completed and what was he suggested I have done. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch and my car was repaired quicker than anticipated.

Just bought a new F150. To date I have no experience with the service department. The sales team was efficient and courteous, as you would expect. After all, time is money. But as a whole, the dealership did not impress me as being good with details. I inquired about the vehicle while it was still in transit to Wade Ford. I asked that they please hold off on applying their dealership decals and front license bracket (seriously who ruins the fascia of a brand new vehicle with a license plate bracket in a state where you don’t have to!?!?). I was told that couldn’t be stopped. You can’t control what happens at your own dealership? Apparently not, as evidenced by my next encounter. I went to see the vehicle the day after it arrived at the dealership. They had the porter bring it around front for me to look at. What do I find? Cigarette ashes in the driver’s side floorboard. This is a $75k F150 Limited that’s been in their possession less than 24 hours and has less than 10 miles on it. But somebody had to have a smoke so badly they decided it was a good idea to do it in one of the nicest vehicles on the lot!! In my opinion that sort of thing starts at the top. 5 stars for the sales team, 1 star for management. And honestly, stop with the front license plate brackets!
