My wife and I had an amazing experience with Wade Ford while ordering and purchasing our Ford Bronco Outer Banks. The sales manager, Creed Pannell, welcomed us like family, demonstrating great knowledge, attentiveness, and an energetic attitude. After delivery, Creed patiently addressed all questions, explained features, and even demonstrated how everything worked. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. Tomarcus Barns, the finance manager, exhibited exceptional professionalism. Despite the inherent anxiety associated with major purchases, Tomarcus skillfully put us at ease throughout the financial process. We highly recommend Wade Ford for a fantastic car-buying experience!

Paul our salesperson and Phil the finance manager were wonderful to work with. I have purchased many cars and this was by far the easiest experience.Friendly and helpful. No high pressure tactics. I would recommend Wade Ford to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

Do not shop here unless you’re okay with made up fees added on to the price that’s listed online. The guys at the Used Car Sales department will gaslight you and act like they know what they’re talking about, but they know what they’re doing. What they’re doing is against the law in the state of Georgia, and they get away with it daily. Management there will ghost you once you figure this out and confront them, and just sell the car to someone else and call you after it’s sold. Don’t fall for their bad business practices. Don’t be fooled by Phillip or any of them. They’ll lie straight to your face with a smile. What goes around comes around. And if you’re reading this, Phillip, no, it’s not only the “dead beats with bad credit scores” that leave bad reviews. Good luck with your supposedly extravagant life :)

(UPDATE: - Since I can't respond to their reply, I called that number, and the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about, nor did the manager she transferred to me, so not a great response from Wade. Also - I still have not received my refund of $600 and no one calls me back or responds)I don't have high expectations dealing with a used car lot, but this was the hands-down worst vehicle-buying experience I've ever had.I found a truck there online, offered cash, the offer was accepted and the sales person nearly went MIA. Each time I called the place a different defensive person would pass me around the dealership, acting like someone else wasn't doing their job. They repeatedly told me the paperwork was on it's way to me "overnight" but, it didn't show up for an 7 days. When I received it there were multiple errors that I didn't bother telling them because I didn't want it to take another week. I overnighted the paperwork back and did a same day wire to them for the full amount. They acted like they didn't receive the money or paperwork for four more days. I would call, text, email, and leave voice mails and they would all act very very busy. Way too busy to tell if my $80k had made it their safely. The original agreement was that the truck would be shipped to me 5 days after I struck a deal with the salesman. Here we were, week two and they wouldn't "tell me anything about shipping the truck until the wire came in" which it had, on the day I sent it.... I eventually decided to fly down to pick up the truck and drive it home. Since my entire family was in town for the holidays, I asked that they would charge the truck and have plates on it when I arrived so I could get home quickly. (this is why I paid them for shipping in the first place) I arrive at the dealership and to my surprise there are 3 customers in the entire place, (not busy) and my sales person is sitting back in his chair on tik tok. No plates on the truck, half way charged, and no sign of the "financial manager" who has to "close the deal".. (no deal needed closing, everything had already been signed) I waited for 2.5 hours before finally walking into the managers office and saying that I'm taking the truck home (since i had a key). He acted like he was super busy and didn't have time to process my stuff... then proceeded to walk into his other office act like he couldn't find the signed paperwork, then hand me my registration and plates that were just sitting there in his desk.They still owe me $600 for not shipping the truck, they forgot to give me the second key. The truck was 60% charged and I had to stop twice on the way home to charge it.I wasn't mad about anything in person. I paid immediately, and over-communicated. But I think it’s worth sharing the story now that it’s over, almost over.This is clearly toxic working environment, with distrust and disorganization coming from the top down.The guys who detailed my truck were the only hardworking honest people there and I wish the commission could have been split among them.I run a business, I understand the basics of keeping a team going. Wade Ford, you are terrible and I wish I could have found this truck somewhere else.Sincerely,Jon Dalman.

I posted once about how my daughter and I were done, they did not do radio like they said. Well today I learn she had no spare tire or anything. They just ripped us off. I knew when I walked in it did not feel good. No stars, all the salesman could do was remark on my daughter's looks. Never, never again.

I don’t even know where to start…I had an awesome experience as soon as I walked through the door…and that set the tone. Then dealer with the most incredible sales man alive. CREED…He did just what he needed to do…make me feel good about my decision. And not overly sale me. I thank you so much and trust there will be others right behind me. THANKS AGAIN WADE FORD

I originally gave a five star review. I have to unfortunately change it due to after the sale communication with them. I bought a new 2023 F150 from them on December 10. I still don’t have my bill of sale or tag. My tag office says they haven’t received my title yet. My temporary tag expires on 01/25. I tried to contact Wade Ford numerous times by email, voice mail and no response. I called corporate Ford and filed a complaint. Finally they called back and said that they just got my message and that Ford hasn’t sent them my title yet. My coworker bought the same truck the same day at a different dealership and got his tag within a week.
