Horrible experience went into the store with an excessively long line shift lead Steven refused to assist me due to the complications that were occurring in another line with another employee. He went around me to another register line opened as we were talking to try to help others when I mentioned to him the issue at the current register, Instead of asking me to follow him to the line that he was going to open so he could properly assist me and others. He abruptly walked off in the middle of our conversation and started taking other people. AnyWho, very unprofessional very petty experience. I don’t recommend it.
Remind you, this is the same Walgreens that had a Homicide a few months ago inside of it.
I do not recommend going here as it is a very unprofessional Walgreens.

I started calling the pharmacy at 1:15.pm to speak to pharmacy staff. No one would answer. I called the store to then be connected to pharmacy. No one answered after 10 mins of holding. The store finally picked up to tell me pharmacy staff went on lunch break. No wonder the store is rated so poorly. Awful customer service. I will be moving my prescription to a different pharmacy outside of Walgreens.

Terrible experience with the photo department, been trying to get my passport photo taken for a month. Went in the first time and got it taken and asked the girl who took my photo how I was supposed to get the digital photo and she said idk all we do is take the photo. I left thinking maybe there would be a website to go to on the receipt to get the photo but there wasn’t, so I go in a second time to get my photo taken and this time the guy who took the photo asked for my email address and put me in the system so I could get my digital copy (the whole reason for the photo) but then their machine isn’t working so I didn’t get it sent to me. Also not to mention the girl from earlier had me logged into the wrong customers account which is just unprofessional.
I’ve been calling on and off for a couple weeks trying to get someone on the line and the workers have hella attitude, no apologies for you having to come in and wait and waste your money, no customer service at all. Finally got to speak to the manager and I’m getting a refund, not trying a third time to get my picture taken and it emailed to me I mean it’s really simple. If the machine isn’t working then the photo department shouldn’t be functioning. Good thing I’m not in a rush to get my passport renewed.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the service provided by the photo department at one of your Walgreens locations. After multiple calls to confirm that my order could be processed and would be ready for pickup, I made a considerable trip to retrieve it, only to be met with excuse after excuse before finally being told that the machine was broken. This experience was unacceptable on many levels.
It is completely unreasonable for corporate to offer a service that employees are either unable to fulfill due to lack of training, insufficient supplies, or malfunctioning equipment. If a store cannot reliably process photo orders, it should not advertise the service, nor should employees assure customers that an order is ready when it clearly is not. The inconvenience, time wasted, and lack of accountability in this situation have left me highly dissatisfied.

Don't have anything sent to this location for pick up. 2nd time I've had something sent here and my item couldn't be located. 1st time was because the person that received the item didn't put it in the right place. This time no one knows what happened. Never even received an email that it was ready for pick up (had to get confirmation from FedEx that it was delivered and ready to be picked up) which leads me to believe it was never scanned in and misplaced (AGAIN). Staff and "manager" were dismissive and told me to call FedEx. Won't ever be back.

I have been going to this pharmacy for nearly 5 years. The middle aged black male Pharmacist has always come off professional and polite. He is literally the only person who works in that pharmacy who at least tries to act like they do not have disdain their customers.
The pharmacy techs or assistants have never been the most welcoming, but it was never unbearable until this last year. At some point in the last year or so they hired some new younger black male who I am convinced just hates people. He has a bad attitude, rude, rolls his eyes, and just goes out of his way to make sure you know he is in a bad mood.
Every. Single. Time.
Young man, if you see this -- please understand that I mean no disrespect. This is not your calling, and that's ok. You are not a people person, and you don't have to be. But it's super unfair for people who are just there to get meds to have to deal with that. You deserve better and so do we!
There are so many WFH jobs now where you don't have to deal with people. Free yourself, king.

Exceptional customer service from Robina, who truly went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. When I was checking out she came and found me and showed me she found a second package of the item I was looking for. She is an outstanding employee and tremendous asset to your store! Can’t wait to return. Cashier, Srihar was equally wonderful and very welcoming!!

RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL people working in this pharmacy! They should be fired immediately! Whoever manages this Walgreens needs to read the reviews & take action or he/she should be fired for not doing so! I am a 54 year old man who has never given any cause to be treated so rudely & disrespectful by individuals who should NEVER be working with the public! Especially, in most cases public which is sick, elderly & in need of respectful service while receiving there medication! Take action or the public will!

Tim Sussman or whatever he said his name was I'm 41 years old all I had to do was run out to my car and grab my ID which I was immediately outside I come back in I got to wait some more to get the cigarettes when I'm 41 years old I feel like it's some kind of control thing like they got to feel like they have power over somebody. I said I'll be right back it took me 2 seconds but then the next person in line who's counting out like $1,000 in twenties I got to sit there and wait for her when I was fast boom bam boom this is unacceptable Tim Sussman should not have a job he's suspect

I have been going here for almost 20 YEARS. But I've finally given up and have my prescriptions go elsewhere. The pharmacy staff's rudeness has gotten out of control and they are very unprofessional. One of them recently told me that the medication I was prescribed has been out "for a minute". I asked what kind of unit of time are we talking about, because I don't mind waiting for a few minutes. I got the biggest annoyed reaction from her (apparently "a minute" in her brain means many months). She ultimately canceled my prescription order, which I didn't realize until I followed up with them.
Okay NO PROBLEM, I can go somewhere else. I have a feeling this Walgreens isn't going to be around much longer.

This is supposed to be a 24 hour Walgreens. I came in at 10:31pm on a Wednesday to buy conditioner. There were 3 employees standing at the front, but they told me I had the option to select what I needed from the few items one of the employees had gathered at the front. What I was looking for was not included in the random items they gathered at the front, and I was not allowed to peruse the store to grab what I needed. I watched 9 other groups of patrons (no exaggeration because I’m sitting out front typing this now) attempt to purchase items they needed and they were also turned away. I find it quite ridiculous that a 24 hour Walgreens would allow their employees to refuse consumers from purchasing the items they need. I will never come back here again. I find this especially ridiculous considering how busy this area is. I saw SO MANY people get turned away.
