The photo center people are not friendly. I got photos printed out and only half of them were printed. When talking to the clerk about my situation she was very dismissive and never once apologized for the mishap and said it was not their problem. Very disappointing that I lost my photos.

They need a whole new staff, the people they got are lazy and useless. My mother booked a Covid test appointment online and when time came for her appointment they acted like they didn't know anything about it or what she was talking about in a rude manner and tone then told her all appointments were canceled despite her having a confirmation email from them, we call another location near by they were confused as to why that was said and why they did what they did. This store needs new management and employees because a job like that should be taken seriously.

Highly suggest another Walgreens. Cashier made an error on his end on a return. Manager wasn’t competent either as she had no resolution that she could apparently do that would allow me to get the cash back that I used to purchase a product instead I am left with a store credit on a store i hardly patronize anyway.

Don't use Walgreens. The return process is so complicated, you need an ID to return stuff but not to buy. Use something else, stay away from them.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at this location for a couple of years now. Michael Winn is the best pharmacist. He is super friendly, professional, and goes out of his way to help! I have always received fast service and I highly recommend this location!

They have useless clowns running this store. Twice now they had issues checking me out, and they couldn't even explain what was the issue besides vague statements and long faces. The manager who is supposed to help the associate rolls in slower than a sloth and she takes one look at a screen & says - 'you can try again but I dont think it works!' and walks away. WG need to hire decent lead for the store, the one I saw today was despicable

Was able to get photos printed for me late at night -I went to two different print shops before this Walgreens and both of them wasted my time by being dishonest about how long printing would take. They took my photo order for large prints even though there were only two people on staff and were able to get them processed within an hour and a half. Very helpful!

Called to transfer my prescriptions. Keisha answered the phone. She asked the name of the medication I wanted to transfer. When I told her it was a few, her tone immediately shifted. She asked for the pharmacy information, when I told her the name of the pharmacy and the location, she asked for the phone number. Because I was driving, I asked her if she could look it up. She replied very rudely "Um NO! You have to look it up." I told her I was driving and asked for her name. She yelled into the phone "WHY DO YOU NEED MY NAME?! YOU DONT NEED TO KNOW MY NAME!". I responded with "I can ask for your name because this is a business" she continued to scream into the phone. I asked to be transferred to the pharmacist, who was fairly pleasant and gave me her tech's (unsure if she is certified in anything) name. The call ended. I decided to no longer transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens due to this experience. I called back to let them know not to transfer my medications, Keisha answered. Before hanging up, she called me a "b****". Needless to say, I will never return to Walgreens.

They literally lose my inhaler every month. Do not use their delivery service. I had to stop having it delivered. But now I’m realizing even when I pick it up they never have it filled. I put In a refill request . It’ll give me a time and date to pick it up but when I get there it’s never filled.I wish I could use a different company by my insurance only goes through Walgreens.

This is at least the third time I’ve gone to pickup my prescription and was greeted by a sign “No Pharmacist on Duty” which means I can’t get my prescription. This is unacceptable and unfair. I’m moving pharmacies because I have medicine I must take every day. Now I’m praying I don’t run out before the pharmacist returns to duty ??♀️

Waiting for my COVID test results for more than 30 hrs. I took and paid for rapid naat test but still hasn’t received any information and couldn’t follow up with anyone on this.

Walgreens is a great drug store and pharmacy! Love the selections! It is a go-to pharmacy with educated pharmacy techs and pharmacist!

Bonnie treated me badly like I owe her money. I scheduled a flu shot at 2:45 pm and waited until 3:35 pm… while sitting there, I found she was not friendly to anyone not only me. Why Walgreen hired a person like this to hurt its reputation? Because of the shortage of labor market so they have to hire incapable people? I’ll go to Costco nearby to get vaccine and prescription in the future.

Do not fill your prescriptions here. Have been 3 days without my medication due to “their system being down.” They did not make me aware that the “system being down” meant they could not order medicine. Had my prescription transferred somewhere else and never going back.
