Horrible customer service and you have to wait over a week if your card is lost or stolen to receive a new one in the mail because they don't offer replacement or temporary cards at the branches.. makes absolutely no sense to not be able to access your debit card for over a week.

One teller, Tamika, is so rude and mean. My friend had to get into her deposit box today and I accompanied her. Tamika yelled loudly and aggressively across the bank that no one was there and we had to wait. No “hello” or “may I assist you?”. Just a harsh yelling that made all of the customers sitting there look at us and say that she’s rude all of the time. It was so embarrassing. Try to avoid Tamika at all costs. She needs to go through a serious customer service training. She clearly hates her job.

There is one teller who is so mean and hateful. Her name is Tamika. I have to go into the building on occasion to do business / get into my safe deposit box. She has yelled at me a few times, being extremely rude and inconsiderate. I needed to get into my deposit box today and was looking for someone to assist me. She YELLED "there's no one here and you have to wait". I was so embarrassed. Others who were waiting looked at me and said "wow, how rude!" It's a nice place to do business otherwise but Tamika makes it a miserable experience when she is there.

Came here for the first time and had zero issues. Clean on the outside, and fairly quick service. I left the powers ferry location due to horrible Customer service and I just couldn’t get help! This location added 45min to my day but it was worth it and I will gladly drive here instead of powers ferry!

We've banked with Wells Fargo for years. Today, we had an issue trying to transfer money using Zell. What a horrible experience that was. Zell is a mess. BUT, the highlight was speaking with a Branch Manager, named Dean Price, at the Atlanta Road branch in Smyrna, Georgia. Dean was a superstar and told us exactly how to make this transfer happen without using Zell. When we arrived at the bank, he met us at the door and got us the help we needed to quickly take care of the transfer. To make matters more entertaining, this was on New Year's Eve day. So thankful today for Dean and his help. Suzette assisted with the transaction. Both get 5+ stars from us. You need more employees like them! Other companies could take a lesson in their exceptional service.

This location does not care about the individual at all. I am sitting in this bank right now waiting for help. The manager intentionally does not make eye contact with me as to avoid trying to help me. Wells Fargo held a large check for me until December the 16th. It's currently the 8th of December. I am trying to resolve this to no avail and non of the reps nor tellers here seem to care about the situation much less try and resolve it for me. I have had wells Fargo hold checks before for 14 business days. This is completely unacceptable and I will soon be closong my account and switching to a bank who actually cares about it's customers.

Horrific experience! Went to add a signer to one of my mother’s CDs. One person at a desk would not make eye contact with me. Another was at a desk, with what looked like another employee. I guess because I was looking around for someone to assist me, he came out and asked if I needed something. Really? When I told him I needed some help with a CD (for all he knew I wanted to give him money)…he said ‘sit down, someone will get to you’. I think not…I left! Would not go back if they were giving away money!! If I could put zero stars, I would.

the customer service inside the bank is terrible, my husband went to ask for help about a problem with the account and the lady who attended him was very rude and instead of helping, she just treated him in a very rude and rude way, if not you like your work that you do there, customer service is not for you.
