This branch is the worst everytime I come to this branch the customer service is less than acceptable me being a business owner I pride myself by my customer service. The tellers at the counter are always nice. The bankers at the desk are always rude this is my third time coming to this branch needing to handle business the teller tells me that I have to speak with a banker they have me sitting there like an idiot for over 25 minutes without ever acknowledging I'm there they Dont have a customer in front of them and I notice that both of them are texting on their cell phones. This behavior is not a one off this is the third time I've experienced this. It's not acceptable.

I had logged on to my online banking and attempted to use Zelle to send a payment to a business that had performed a service for me. Since I had not sent money to this vendor before the bank requested that I call Zell fraud alert to sure that this was a legitimate transaction. After being cut off from their automated service the first time after an extremely long whole time, the person with whom I spoke said that I would have to further verify my identity by going to a local branch. This is after I had already verified my identity through multiple steps, including her sending a text message to my phone which is registered to the account. I told her that this would be difficult because I am traveling and it is Saturday. She said that if I need to send money emergently that I should use another third-party app. I was left with no choice... I was able to find a local branch while driving though when I stopped there, they were closed on Saturdays. I called back and attempted to explain this. After another extremely long, whole time, speaking with another agent, after attempting to explain my predicament, we were cut off, and my only choice would be to call back and go through another lengthy hold time. Customer Service does not have the courtesy to call you back if they get disconnected as many other customer service departments will ask you upfront if we happen to get disconnected. Is this a good number to call you back? So in the end the bank who is in control of many dollars in my account and responsible for my financial transactions is telling me to use another service to pay a debt! The representative could not give me a reason why I would have to take this extra step this time when many other times I have not. She would only say that the system is requiring it. I will be transferring all my money to another financial institution Monday.

This region's location is VERY slow and is understaffed. You will be waiting in line for a teller for 20 minutes and then not be able to complete m said request.
