About WM - Plant Atkinson Transfer Station
WM, formerly Waste Management, is a trusted partner in sustainability for small businesses to large, nationwide enterprises. WM offers scalable commercial waste and recycling services and specialized solutions. With over 99% reliable pickup rates, WM is the most trusted national provider among collection and disposal companies.
Reviews mention that pickup service is mostly timely and usually reliable. Employees are always polite, professional and friendly. Customer service is responsive to requests and tries to resolve issues promptly. The location is easy for dumping a truck load of residential and commercial trash, with not much of a line and zero wait, though more expensive. Some mention bills are not on time and too high, and you can not get a human on the phone. Overall good service.

Albeit a bit pricey, we LOVE Bagsters and the ease of them collecting and hauling away all of our junk! They also picked up a couple small things that fell out and threw th in their truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I don’t get bills on time. And have to scramble to pay on time using a system I don’t want to use.
You can not get a human on the phone. The bills are too high also.
