My husband went to order a kids meal for my son and was told that they are out of kids cups and only have chocolate milk. My son cannot have dairy so we asked to have a regular cup to get something he can have. Rather than accommodate us for the inconvenience, they wanted to upcharge us the price of a regular drink because they weren’t properly stocked. Pathetic.

I was greeted warmly from a staff member soon as I walked in. He checked in on me to make sure I was doing well.The food was great. The cheese bites were perhaps the best I've had.The dining room was very clean.It's at a traffic light and in front of Target, so it's easy to get in and out of on a busy street.I don't know if every Zaxby's operates as smoothly as this one; if not they should be a benchmark for other locations.

This is my second time at this location and it has been terrible both times. On this most recent trip, around 3pm on a Sunday, we did drive-thru and ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal and a kids chicken tender meal. Apparently this was a very difficult order to execute, because they had us pull up and served at least 5 cars behind us before we pulled around to park, go inside, and inquire about our food. While waiting, I observed at least three employees trying to put together a single order (all very young). I also witnessed another vehicle return a bag of food back through the drive-thru window (I guess it was incorrect, but a food safety concern). After being told they were out of Coke Zero and Coke, we finally asked what they DO have. They said that the carbonation machine was down. We ordered sweet tea instead which they seemed on the fence about having, but ultimately said okay they have it. Regarding service, no one was outright rude, but the staff at this location needs some serious training in execution and customer service expectations.

I recently visited Zaxby's and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I indulged in the tongue torch chicken tenders and fries, along with the new egg rolls – a delightful choice that I would highly recommend.My husband opted for the kickin chicken sandwich and fries, rounding off the meal with a funnel cake topped with caramel sauce. While the food was undeniably tasty, the only critique lies with the funnel cake, which could benefit from more funnel cake and powdered sugar.A standout of our visit was Reggie, the assistant general manager, who warmly assisted us from the moment we entered. His friendly demeanor added to the overall positive vibe of the dining experience. I would gladly return to Zaxby's for another round of delicious food and excellent service.

I’m actually surprised I didn’t write this sooner but my opinion of this location has actually changed in the past two years. I can tell that whoever is in charge is trying to make a change! I’ve bought dinner here in drive-thru for my partner and I over 10 times this year and literally every single order is …ACTUALLY CORRECT! Sides, sauces…everything is always in the bag on the FIRST try. They do rush you at the window but they sure do get your food out fast and HOT! That’s all I care about when I’m spending over 25$.

Worst Zaxby's location ever. Staff could not give a **** less (which, I get it, it's fast food, but they're openly rude), and they routinely mess up orders. Hope you don't like seasoning on the fries, cuz you ain't getting any. This place is super close to me, but I go way out of my way to avoid it.

I ordered a 5-piece chicken fingers and a medium ice water in the drive-thru. I was told I’d be charged $2.79 for the medium ice water. I nicely asked for confirmation, repeating that I’d asked for water. The gentleman told me a kid’s cup was free but that I’d have to pay the cost of soda for another size. I said I’d never paid more than $.25 at any location and didn’t pay for it at my local one and would be going there.I called and asked to speak with the manager. I stated my purpose for calling, saying only that I wanted to share my recent experience as related to why they lost a customer and hoped it’d be considered among other feedback in reflection on their business. I relayed this event. The manager only said “Is that all?” No “Thank you for the feedback.” or anything—just “Is that all?” I proceeded to my local Zaxby’s, just a few miles away.

I do not believe my sandwich is supposed to look like this. The young lady upfront was really short conversationally, so there was no customer service. Therefore, the least you could do is make the sandwich look like a sandwich. Not just throw an uncut breast with cheese on bread.

I gave the place 5 stars. The customer services was spot on. Very clean. 1st time visiting the area but definitely will go again if I had the chance.
