Aarons has some adjusting to do. The delivery drivers attitude SUCK, they are very rude, its wet and rainy i have carpet and they were asked if they had show covers and he says what....like really! Regardless of the situation or reason of picking up being rude is unnecessary. Not to mention how long it takes for you to get what you ordered but pay upfront. Gotta do better

Went in to order a bedroom set from these guys, was told to speak to sales manager josh, I paid the first month of the sale and was told we would be getting it within a week or two because they don’t have delivery guys. I was told I would be getting a call by the end of the week with confirmation and a date of delivery. Comes the end of the week it’s then Saturday and I have to call them to see what’s going on. Spoke to josh and he told me that the warehouse doesn’t have it ready yet??.. I asked to cancel the order and he tells me to call when the manager is in office. Called back now Monday and the other sales rep tells me there’s no order under my name?? But he can see that I made a payment. And days “ I don’t know what he did but there’s mo order “. Highly disappointing, my family for years has purchased furniture from Aaron’s and we have never had this issue. Now I have to wait for another manager til Wednesday to even get a refund sent or someone to tell me what’s going on.

The general manager Shannon is so rude. She caught an attitude with me and so uncaring. My tv won’t come on and she’s so clueless to what is going on. She never called me to tell me if they were going to repair it or replace it. I could go on and on about this store. But I know this for sure I will never rent from AARONS again.

I called about a xbox for my son and the girl that answered the phone was very rude. I told her that she shouldn't be rude because the company will lose customers and she told me that she didn't need a life coach. I ended up going somewhere else and they were much more professional.

Warning !!!!! Warning !!!!!! , stay away from this one location of Aaron's. Bought a new washer and dryer from these scammers and they delivered a used set.made a complaint and they delivered a new set. Purchased a couch and recliner and wanted to return it and was told I would have to rent it for 4 months before I could return it, called corporate and was told I could return it whenever I would like. Now I'm dealing with credit card issues with these people. Whatever you do, do not sign up for EZ Pay with them. I have cancelled EZ Pay through corporate and the store is still trying to charge my credit card. Actually contacted corporate today and they will be looking into why the store is still trying to charge my card. Run don't walk, as fast as you can away from this location. The Lawrenceville, GA location is way nicer and has is much better staffed.

Im not happy ay all. I talked to the manager last week. Explained my situation regarding finances and told her I would call back at the beginning of the month when ready to make another payment. Well I woke up to an email showing they had taken a payment without my permission.
