From the ordering to the service was okay! The wings were old hard and dry! I called to ask about the preparation of the food and they were aware of the old wings. Sad part is I had to go back the same day for a refund or remake! I’ll just call my bank and send them a picture of the dry a** food! I will never order from this location again 3/19/2024 8:30 pm

The 1st time I went one of the cooks was sitting (on her break I’m assuming) got up after her break and didn’t wash her hands after touching her phone and face.This time I asked for Garlic Parmesan and I don’t know what flavor this is but it doesn’t taste like what I ordered.

I have never had American Deli that tasted like this. After waiting on food it was still very cold. Rice was not good. Wings tasted like that had been fried and just sitting out. A few of them even had very dark spots. I had to throw it out.

I’ve been coming to this American Deli location for about a year now. I work in the area and I can’t get enough of their food. It’s cooked perfectly every single time. The staff is amazing, and they never have bad attitudes.. If you’re like me then the fries make your meal! Here, the fries are perfect EVERY SINGLE TIME! 10/10.
