I have been into this store several times and I've always had a good experience. As soon as I walk through the door, everyone welcomes me with open arms and big smiles! I have worked with just about every salesmen in the store; they are all genuinely nice & want to help you find the perfect pieces for any room or occasion. I haven't purchased any pieces this time around but I will definitely be back to purchase something after tax refunds!

Delivered damaged furniture and they are refusing to refund my money. This furniture is of very poor quality. Additionally, the customer service sucks. Don't be their next victim.

Love this place! They had a lot of setbacks during COVID but now everyone and everything is much better. Better service and beautiful pieces that come in good time! Love their staff!

In our search to find a few key items for our home such as a small breakfast table, cute storage ideas, a few accent pieces and a sectional, we've visited a number of furniture stores in the past few weeks. Surprisingly, whether its large stores like Ashley and Rooms to Go or smaller stores like this, we've found several of the exact same furniture pieces at all of them. I'd always assumed Ashley made and exclusively sold their own, but I realize now I was mistaken. Ashley seems to sell many of their items to other stores and many manufacturers copy the styles of others making many furniture pieces that look almost identical. Either way we were disappointed to find a number of the same pieces here were considerably higher in price even though the showroom has a bargain basement sort of feel. We have a few more furniture stores we'd like to check out, but I don't think we will be returning here.

Don't buy from this store! The store has nice furniture but is not a good place to buy anything. I ordered an entire bedroom set and the headboard to the bed has lights and speakers on it. The brand new furniture from out of the box didn't work properly. The delivery guys were at my house for 3 1/2 hours trying to get the lights to function properly to no avail. I was told I would get a new headboard. After calling the store several times, I was then told I wouldn't get a new headboard but they would come and fix it. I was told the wrong date for when they would arrive to fix it. EVERTHING with this delivery and setup has been a HUGE inconvenience. I will never purchase ANYTHING from this store EVER AGAIN. It's a shame because after seeing the furniture in my living room I wanted to buy additional pieces.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I was told they would call this morning about my delivery time, they didn't. Later in the afternoon I got called about a mistake the employee made (in March) and that I owe $180, "oh but we will discount it down." And "we won't deliver until you pay what you owe." THEY WERE HOLDING MY FURNITURE THAT I PAID FOR IN MARCH HOSTAGE. Billing called me over and over, after I said I would call when I was off work, and she was extremely unprofessional. After I explained my issue and concerns she interrupted and said "okay what's your card number?" I asked for the manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then she hung up. I called back and she put me back on hold for 17 more minutes and said she spoke to the manager. No honey, I want to talk to the manager. After two hours of this entire issue, I finally spoke to the supervisor and she was actually nice. Turns out the $180 they were wanting to charge me was a SCAM! The price of the dresser on the Ashley website was only a $19 difference from what I paid. DO YOUR RESEARCH. YOU MIGHT BE SAVING MONEY BUT YOU DESERVE RESPECT AND YOU WONT FIND IT HERE. Delivery guys were great. They deserve a raise. Everyone else was terrible.

My family and I have purchased from Hot Buys for years now. They are currently experiencing delays due to covid but they never fail to satisfy their customers. They really make the best of the situation at hand. They have wonderful customer service reps and salesmen that help you buy within your budget. I definitely recommend this store!

I recently bought 2 bed sets from Hot Buys Furniture, their prices are amazing! Great customer service, very professional. I had to reselect due to one of the pieces coming in too late but of course I understood because of the PANDEMIC. The manager , Alex, was very accommodating. It did take a couple hours for him to get back to me but I was very appreciative. Buy from them & ask for Alphonso!

Please don’t waste your time. The customer service and the manager is the worst. I am waiting 5 weeks and 2 days for my dinning room set. They gave a date of delivery for 10/19. No show or No call. Then came to talking to the manager he looking up my order 30 minutes now.

Do not make a purchase from Hot buys. I paid for a dining room table set over 45 days ago expecting a delivery on a specific date. I called the day before to confirm my delivery. No one at the store bothered to inform me that the table I purchase is still not in. At this point I am asking for a refund and they have the nerve to tell me I would have to pay a restocking fee of 15% for something they don't even have in stock. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINSS PRACTICE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Poor Chantal is answering the phone with no answer and the owner Alex Daoud is mysteriously missing from the store!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT HOT BUYS!!!!

I was searching for the Emilia collection and found it in California very good price but I didn't want to have furniture delivered to me all broken from so far away so I kept looking. Flyer came to house 2 months later. I called and spoke with Mike I came in the next day and everything worked out well. The process was explained completely and Mike was very efficient and knew who I was and remembered what we spoke about on the phone. I should have my furniture in 3 weeks with the satisfaction of having a local company responsible for delivery and setup. So as of right now...Thanks HOT BUYS!

Very unprofessional. Customer Service sucks. I purchased my bed from Signature in February. Hot Buys took over all there orders. I've never had to jump through so many hoops for something before. I'm not able to get a refund or even speak to some who can assist me. So I can continue to wait and hope they get my kids bunk bed from the warehouse or I was told I could drive to Georgia and get it myself. Or I'm just out of 761.97 exactly
