My daughter and my new born granddaughter was at this location on 1/7 around 4:15pm. This was our first visit At Home and we wanted to shop for their new home. We decided to start in the bedding department. As we entered the isle for sheets, there was a young lady in the middle sitting down in a chair on her phone texting . She didn't move or acknowledge us as we approached. So, I asked was this isle closed and she spread her arms out as if we didnt see her texting. As we turned away she made a sound that she was annoyed. I came back and asked her name she gave it and I asked was the Mgr in she said yes. She waited until we left the isle to hollered out can I help you. I approached the Mgr to report the unprofessional behavior, as I was talking to her she continued working and gave a smirk and said I will talk to her. No other response like an apology to make it right. As a professional myself, even I know the employees will only be as great as their leadership. And in this case, the leadership is poor, the customer service is poor and my family and I will never know what it is like to shop at At Home. I will be writing a formal letter too. My advise is to stay far away from this location.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced at the Snellville AT HOME store. During my visit, a friend and I found ourselves in line to check out, and to our surprise, both registers were occupied by employees engrossed in their phones. The first register had a gathering of four people, two behind the counter and two on the customer side. The second register had only one employee. Despite the presence of customers waiting to check out, everyone seemed deeply immersed in their phones. Upon being finally waved to the register with a lone employee, my friend, who was trailing behind me, wasn't sure if the other register was open due to the employees being on their phones. Politely, she inquired about its status. Unfortunately, the response she received was delivered with an attitude, stating that they were helping a customer. As my friend joined me at the register, the same employee (female/short gold fade with lines on the side) made a disparaging comment under her breath, questioning why my friend was still coming when she had already mentioned they were assisting someone. The negative tone, eye-rolling, and overall attitude displayed were disheartening. I felt compelled to clarify that my friend was with me and meant no harm in her inquiry. The employee's demeanor changed, but only because she hadn't realized we were together. This incident left me feeling disgusted, disappointed, and unfortunately, not entirely surprised. I believe it would be beneficial for management to review the security footage to observe the overall lack of attention to customers, the delayed service, and the disrespectful behavior exhibited by the employee towards my friend in the presence of her colleagues. While I understand that everyone has moments of frustration, it is essential for employees to maintain professionalism and courtesy. I hope this feedback contributes to a positive improvement in the service quality at the Snellville AT HOME store.

I went to the Home store after I signed up for their insider perks through text messages.Of course, I started receiving text alerts no sooner than I signed up. I was interested in the text alerts I received about their Christmas trees. They had listed one Christmas tree sale price as $149. Which is a good price compared to the prices in the general area. So I get dressed and head to the Home store and as soon as I walked through their doors I was looking for the on sale Christmas tree. I found it but I did not purchase the tree because I did like the look of it. Anyway, I did enjoy looking around the store at the many Christmas decorations. I was very disappointing not to see any African American Santas, angles, elf's. I usually try to collect Santas and angles to add to my collection I started when I lived in Florida. My family and I was surprised when we moved to Georgia and couldn't really find Africa America Christmas decorations.Be blessed and safeZL

in my opinion, this store is TOO BIG to not have a wide range of items. some of the workers aren't really helpful. the selection is blah & one of the workers there said they had plenty of inventory. It just wasn't on the floor yet (which is weird) how are we supposed to shop for what we need? some pricy items but some reasonable price items as well. 3/5 OVER ALL

Everything here is severely overpriced for what it is. I’d only shop the clearance, there definitely is an abundance of decor options if you are not sure what to do with a space. Personally I felt hobby lobby is better priced.
