The wait wasn't long compared to visiting the store in the past a year ago. I didn't have an appointment this visit, So I was expecting to wait. Well worth coming in as Isaiah was very knowledgeable and got me in and out upgrading my devices. Thank you !!😃

Mrs. Dee Is the most sweetest and professional person that I’ve ever known she helped me so much to make my grandson happy by helping me get his new iPhone turned on and spent so much time after eight days of trying she is a God‘s blessing to us. if anyone needs help with their phones, she will be the one that I will recommend 100%.

My service representative was excellent. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. I am an AT&T employee of 34 years, and it warms my heart to see other employees giving excellent customer service. My experience was a pleasant one.

Our representative Marquise provided my husband and I superior customer service. He answered our questions and provided detailed information regarding product and services. This young man represented AT&T’s brand well. He even convinced me to switch my internet away from Xfinity to AT&T. More than satisfied with the level of service I received.

My Wife and I had a problem with our voice mail ,it was locking us out on each of our phones.We went to the snellville store and met Dee Robert's and she helped us trying to get it unlocked and reset it and told us not to try it until the next day and to come back if it didn't work, so we tried it and it was still locked so we went back and saw her again and she tried something else but wasn't having any luck so she got two different support techs on the phone and worked with them until she got it resolved.It took awhile but she never gave up and never got frustrated when it would have been understandable if she had ,she was always polite and represented ATT very well ,she is a great asset for them and my wife and I are very thankful for helping two seniors that we all know have a hard time with new technology Thanks again Dee

AT&T store of Snellville is my go to. I opened an account at Duluth AT&T store but their service is the worst. Duluth AT&T store off pleasant hill never has a manager on site, they’re not even listed on better business bureau. I rather make the trip to Snellville to get a quality customer service. Staff of Snellville store gets right to the point & resolves the issues I address without the harassment from the employees or whoever the floor manager are.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They consistently provide amazing customer service. One major thing was they actually WELCOMED me when I entered the door vs just staring at me while I looked for someone that can help me smh!During my last visit, Christian V was incredibly sweet and addressed all my questions and concerns. He even apologized for my previous experience at AT&T in Pleasant Hill, which showed genuine care. To top it off, he opened the door for me as I left! I’m truly impressed and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend!
