The unparalleled kindness! They gave us their own cord for a 2020 or older Lenovo laptop, cord missing, we sought to loan to our 82-year-old mother for a test run. This saved us a delay in ordering the store-unavailable cord, allowing us to help en route home to Alabama from assisting our other set of elderly parents here in Georgia! Such a blessing...highly and humbly recommend!

Great service and Great pricing!
Today I brought my laptop to Brian at Atlanta Computer Solutions. The laptop would not boot up because of a Bitlock problem. Brian diagnosed and had to reformat the computer to a new state. I had my computer back in just a few hours. Although i have to reinstall software that is not Brian's fault. I appreciate his timely help to get my computer back up and running.
This is the second computer repair he has done for me. The other about two years ago was a hardware problem which he fixed while I waited.

Great people
I had a laptop that was missing keys on its keyboard and a PS5 that was having internal issues. On the first occasion, I had bought a gaming display laptop that had keys missing, so I also bought the replacement keyboard for it. Once I arrived at Atlanta Computer Solutions, that’s when I met Brian and Kitty. Both of them further accessed the laptop to see if the keyboard had anymore issues other than the missing keys.
Brian then said to me what had to be done to get the new keyboard installed and why the pricing the way that it was. A few hours pass when I received a call that my laptop was ready. I was surprised because I was think it might’ve been at least a day because of other orders they might’ve had. Once I arrived the laptop looked great with all the keys intact. Brian also let me know that the new keyboard I had bought lacked the rgb light of the old one;
so he took it upon himself to take the old one off the damaged keyboard and put it on the new one. I feel like not too many people would’ve done, and I really appreciated that he did that. For the second occasion my Ps5 was having a problem where the main system was behaving normally, but it would never display onto a screen. It was a mystery issue because there were a few things that could’ve factor in causing this problem.
Long story short it was an internal issue where(I kinda forgot at this point) two small pins weren’t touching together. During that time Brian spent a lot of time doing the proper research to see what was the cause of the issue. And again I feel like not too many people would’ve taken the time to see what the problem was and try to find a solution to fix it. Overall the crew: Brian, Kitty, and P (I forgot his name unfortunately) at Atlanta Computer Solutions are great to do business with, and have great customer service.
I feel like they take the proper time and care to repair your electronics. Going forward if I have any more electronic problems that I can’t fix, I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Darn nice people, they will work hard to fix your computer problems or, (I think you pay nothing) but I would say that they are 99.98% able to find and fix your problem. Oh yea, they can build a desktop computer from the bottom up as per your specifications

Brian and Kitty were great to work with. I haven't had my computer looked at for years and he made suggestions, added memory and cleaned up my system and it is running faster and better than it has in years. A friend referred me to them and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!!

I spilled some water on my laptop keyboard, and every place I called wanted to charge me exorbitant fees just to look at it. I took my laptop to Atlanta Computer Solutions and they took look at it, ordered a new keypad and one charge. They offered me a loaner keyboard which luckily I had one at home. My keyboard only took a few days.. they replaced it while I waited. Very nice guys and excellent service!

This marks my second experience with Atlanta Computer Solutions for computer servicing. Brian's expertise is unparalleled, and the speed of the service turnaround was remarkably swift. After entrusting someone else to repair my 2017 iMac and feeling dissatisfied with both their service and the subsequent performance of my computer, I turned to Brian for a new hard drive and re-imaging.
