If I could give this store 0 stars I would!!! All I needed was someone to LOOK at my tire!!! They literally refused!!! Worst service !!!!
I didn’t EXPECT you to drop everything but to LITERALLY LOOK at my car? Something that could take all of 30 seconds? But you sat and told me “oh I could look at it tomorrow” I didn’t need you to pull the car in, I didn’t need it to be lifted up, I just asked someone to LOOK AT MY TIRE! So yes! I was pissed and cursing because you IMMEDIATELY TURNED ME DOWN!!! Upon my entering your establishment, you looked at me with the face of DISGUST!!!!!!!!!!!! You were ALREADY frustrated and irritated when you saw me PARKING my car!!!!!!!
Also, I did NOT scream and curse at YOU ! And for you guys to still have been working on cars from THE MORNING and it was 4 o clock is even more of a reason why you guys get a 1!! Taking ALL DAY to work on a car is actually ridiculous!!!!

Brought my Honda up here 3 times for a sound I was hearing during drive. Could not find it but charged me several sizable bills for other maintenance. Emailed and serviced me for 100k maintenance and failed to inform me that 4 fuel injectors were bad and my head gasket was leaking, which was found by another mechanic. Be cautious.

This shop has always done a good job. Even when the owner was short handed, he still manages to keep services at a high standard. I recommend this shop for your vehicle needs. They're trustworthiness is very close to excellent!
