I was impressed with the exceptional service I received during my recent visit! The attendant was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the right parts for my vehicle. He took the time to answer my questions and offered helpful and honest advice. The store was well-organized too, by the way.

I came to the store yesterday at around 7:00 pm to have my battery checked. A guy checked it for me, and told me it was a bad. I asked him if I purchased a new one from this store, then could he install it for me. He said they are not allowed to change batteries for some cars if they have a lot of electrical or something like that. My coworker went to Walmart this afternoon and got me a new battery, then changed it in the parking lot at work. It took him like 5 minutes. I drive a 2019 Acura TLX, so I’m not sure why AutoZone couldn’t do it. The battery was a lot cheaper at Walmart anyway. Thanks to the guy who turned me away. You saved me some money.

Lately since the COVID most all retail customer service Centers has fallen below the three stars level of a 5 star review level, and the excuse of being short staffed has to stop, bc the min they open the store they know who is going to show up on time. A reliable employee they've hired and the schedule doesn't lie., (cutbacks) And the number #1 priority should always be excellent service to the customers with respect to all parties involved
