Came here to have my battery tested. Vee greeted me at the door and came to my car and checked my battery, and assured me everything was good. He also took time to check my alternator and starter, which I very much appreciated. I’m 9 months pregnant and I felt like he was very professional, informative and gave excellent service making sure I and my car were good before I hit the road.

I received some very good service, from Jesse and his team on 3/16/24. They were very friendly and helpful on purchasing a battery for my wife’s 2020 Honda Pilot.

Except for the young man at the register who answered my question and directed me to what l needed, my experience was frustrating. Politeness and professionalism stopped with the young worker. The store was empty (of customers), so l thought l could get in and out quickly. As l stood there trying to decide between four items, l heard a very detailed conversation between three other workers including profanity and personal information. It was so inappropriate that l mentioned it to the young man at the counter. The loud talking continued until l got to the register. That is when other workers appeared.I did make the purchase, but a conversation needs to be had about appropriate workplace discussions around customers.

Went to get filter for my car for the air not only did they greet when I went in. But they also help me find the right item and ask if I needed help changing them. I told them please cause I had no idea what I was doing. They did right away with no complain. Best costumer service ever 10/10 Team member had great attitude 10/10 You won't regret going to this auto zone

Jesse and Neha were amazing. I love it when people act like it’s a pleasure to help you. Jessy went the extra mile and never made me feel like I was incompetent even though I kind of was concerning my car. He was very patient and helped me all the way to the very end.

Everything was fine until the female decided to focus her personal frustrations on me. She has a very snide attitude and a super smart mouth. She will find a reason to say something...and at no point was I talking to her. Everything was fine until she interjected oppinion with a dose of her negative energy.

Shout out to Vee again! Man, he is such a great young man! My husband, Robert left a review last time... but I'm here today! My husband is in the hospital again and this time I've hurt my knee as well. I desperately needed wiper fluid, but couldn't reach or liftthe hood. Vee came to the rescue again! He's awesome!

I called about DEF fluid pricing for my diesel engine. Great prices, and the store manager helped me put it in as well as answered other questions I had about pricing items, wct. My new go-to place in my new neighborhood!
