Hello, I would not recommend anyone to buy alternators from this store. I recently bough two alternators where both were manufacture defects. One of the alternators would spark upon starting the car (see picture), and the other alternator did not charge the battery at all.
I had to go to NAPA Auto Parts to buy a better quality alternator, and this fixed my issue. Nonetheless, I ended up paying double in labor. I want to share my story and prevent others from making this mistake.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to three exceptional individuals: Chris, Sebastian, and Christian. After having my battery changed at another AutoZone location where the wires weren't properly secured, resulting in my car shutting down unexpectedly, I arrived at this location just 10 minutes before closing time.
Despite the late hour, these three individuals went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. Their dedication to customer service was truly remarkable.
In particular, I want to highlight the outstanding efforts of the gentleman who helped me the most. While I unfortunately forgot his name, I believe it was Christian, the white guy. His expertise and determination ensured that my car was safely back on the road without any further issues. I can't thank him enough for his exceptional service.
I also want to acknowledge Sebastian, who I believe was the manager on duty. He noticed that my headlight was out and personally changed it for me.
Thanks to their collective efforts, I was able to drive home safely and have had no issues since. These individuals exemplify what it means to provide outstanding customer service, and I am incredibly grateful for their assistance.Without a doubt, this location is one of the few I trust whenever I need AutoZone's services.

My car was slow starting and the dash indicated possible electrical issue. I went to this place because I know they do free electrical system check to see if your battery is bad and if so what may be bringing it down.
I went in and asked if I could get my electrical system check. The guy at the counter said they do not do that. I asked him you do not check electrical system and battery.
He said no in a condescending tone. I asked in clarity is it just your location or autozone. He said autozone. I pointed to the signed on the window advertising free electrical system checks.
He had the nerve to said the "only check lights." I said let me understand you do not check electrical systems. He said no. So I go outside and take a photo of the ad on the window and proceeded to go to another location in Conyers and had my battery checked and was indeed bad and the rest of the electrical system was fine.
So he cost his location to lose a $225 sale.
