I purchased a replacement bulb for my headlight. I plugged the bulb in to make sure it worked in the parking lot and it did not. I went back in to return the bulb and the male clerk told me that they did not sell that bulb and I quote “I don’t know what to tell you “. This all took place within of 15 minutes of me purchasing the bulb and giving the clerk my receipt which showed the date and time of my purchase. Terrible customer service!!! Do not shop at this location!!!

Mr. O that dude is awesome he helped me and my cousin with our check engine light and battery we didn’t know what we needed to do but he gave us all his insight and pointed us to exactly what we needed now today 2 days later I did everything he said and my car drives like new. I’m glad he was there to help. He took his time out as if I was family

Mr.Oreville is the bomb I literally know nothing about cars and he didn’t get aggravated at my 20 questions I ask him, he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. His attitude was top tier each time. Made me feel welcomed and like I mattered. I made this Auto Zone my home because of him!

I came in because my light was on I had no clue where to go from there but this wonderful guy who I call Mr. O helped me and I left pleased and with confident. He gave me all the knowledge I needed and helped me out tremendously I thanked God for him that day

Went to the store this evening for a rear windshield wiper and told the associate what kind of vehicle I had and he typed in all the criteria for what I was looking for told me the size then when he showed me he told me that's not the right size and said it's a lower size and told him that the smaller size is wrong and he responded by saying well we don't have your size and didn't feel like helping me afterwards. Very rude and not helpful what so ever. Next time u show me a size on the screen that's in your inventory make sure you're positive on it before telling me it's wrong before giving me an attitude.

The worst customer service, Told me as I was in the store that they could not do my order because the other store associate left and they were the only person in the store. I had already been in the store for over 35 mints before he let the other associate go and then goes to tell me sir I cant do anymore orders cause I am the only one left in the store. If your going to let someone go you should tell customers as they are walking in hey we cant do anymore orders. I worked and managed a store before and that was just pure worse customer service. And for it to be the manager at that you sat there for 30 mints looking at me as you called your store manager and asked if they said the other associate could go home. My thing is if your going to do that you need to let the customers know that are in the store at that time.

My son went to the autozone on Centerville hwy and bought a $130 bulb that did not work. . When he took it back, with the receipt. The rep was rude and told him that once he opened it, he could not return it. . (How else would you know if it worked ?). . He went to the Autozone on N. Deshong and got it replaced without the rudeness or hassle. . Kudos to the Autozone on Deshong. Keep up the good work

My daughter and I stopped by this auto zone today to get a battery put in my car. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Russell (manager on duty) who took care of us within minutes! I was frustrated from dealing with another auto part store earlier in the day. Thank you so much and I will definitely return in the future

I remember when auto parts stores had employees with general knowledge of vehicles. If I say give me all 4 coil packs and plugs. Why would you ask me if the car is a 4 cylinder or a v6. Anybody can work here. They ask how can they help you.. you tell them how then they ask the computer and then ask you questions you already answered. It’s the way of retail now I guess. You put in an application online and you get hired because you have retail experience.
