I have always loved Belk and their products. I’ve shopped them since I was a child with my mom and then when I had kids too. Now I buy for my grands there. Great store. The one in Hartwell needs a bathroom refresh for sure. But still a great store. I buy all my Este Lauder there.

Lack Luster, less than friendly slow service...Snellville store resembles Kmart...Frumpy woman's clothing with no style or reason to the displays. Mostly picked over clearance, disheveled and messy. I am NOT going back.

I really like belk however them seem to have same merchandise from years past, not there fault just seems like nothing different that I want to spend my money on.... guess that's why they still have merchandise on clearance from the fall season!!!

Biltmore hand linens I received for a birthday gift was so thoughtful and they got them in black tan and red i will be getting them for my Aunt Sherri in light sand pearl Grey white look precious in bathroom not get stained kept looking nice

I came in with a frequent shopper just intending to follow her around. I had always thought Belk to be a bit too pricey. However they were loaded with sales and great opportunities to save and get good quality items. The gentleman in the shoe area did something people no longer do in such department stores: he convinced me to buy. I not only admire the efforts, but I admire his willingness to make my experience great. I came away with two pairs of shoes, a dress, and a blazer. I will ALWAYS appreciate good sales, wonderful business strategy, and excellent customer service.

Checking out, I rate at a 1.
It's hard to find a register.
Only 2!!
1-3 associates working at register checking shoppers out. They have no sense of being quick on getting you out the door.
