I was planning to buy a new (expensive) laptop as well as other things when I entered the store. I went to the laptop section of the store and waited and waited for 15 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help. It was then I realized that there was not one single associate on the floor helping customers anywhere! I went to the employee at the front who greets customers and asked him to help me understand what was going on? That's when he told me that Best Buy has a queue system! "He'll put me in the queue, and someone will come help me". OK, so I went back to the laptop area and waited another twenty minutes! No one even came to me to say, "sir, I'm sorry you have had to wait so long; it'll be another x minutes and I'll be with you." No... not even that!! Totally unacceptable! With this business model, I see them going out of business in the near future.I ended up going to Amazon.

My recent visits to Best Buy in Snellville have been marked by persistent disappointments, leading me to share a detailed account of my frustrations. Upon entering, the lack of acknowledgment sets a discouraging tone. The disengagement of employees, notably the cashier, has displayed a concerning level of unprofessionalism and prejudiced behavior.While navigating the store, encounters with employees in the back focused more on leisure than assisting customers have become a disheartening norm. The manager, expected to set a standard of professionalism, unfortunately exhibits indifference to the customer experience, exacerbating the overall frustration.The ongoing issue with the cashier is particularly disheartening. Her demeanor, marked by a lack of enthusiasm and professionalism, along with a regrettable display of prejudiced behavior, has made every interaction an unpleasant experience. Overlooking a bag and assuming I'm not a Best Buy member is just one example of the disappointing customer service I've encountered.To be forthright, if this Best Buy wasn't conveniently located in the neighborhood, I would actively seek an alternative. Another store, valuing its location and customers, could undoubtedly provide a more pleasant and welcoming shopping atmosphere.As a local customer invested in supporting businesses in our community, it's disheartening to observe a perceived lack of effort in creating a positive environment. I earnestly implore the management to address these issues promptly, as the continued unprofessionalism, prejudiced behavior, and lack of enthusiasm from staff, particularly the cashier, risk driving away loyal customers like myself. Urgent and positive changes are crucial to restoring the reputation and customer satisfaction at Best Buy Snellville.

I needed an emergency vacuum and went into the Snellville location. Stephanie greeted me on the spot and helped me with my purchase and helped me load it into my car for me. She was very personalable and friendly! The associate who helped me load in my car wae also friendly I believe it was Jason. Much appreciated

Brendon was very personable as he helped me with my purchase. When I questioned him about a pricing difference between them and the Apple Store, he calmly proved me wrong. He provided everything you expect in customer service.

Doesn't really have someone to help you most of the time. If there is they don't know about productsWent back today 2/2/2024To purchase a desktop waited 25min and all they said at front they would call someone and nobody came to help. Keep in mind i have been there throughout the years but if I need help you have to wait.

Francia M. in electronics/laptops was so pleasant & extremely knowledgeable on the laptops. We let her know why we were shopping for a laptop (son in school for film & media) & our price point. She provided several options to choose from with the best graphics & she gave her personal experience with the different brands & answered every question. She was also patient. Great shopping experience thanks to her!

Called to verify that they actually had an open box in store so I could order for pickup to insure its there but lady refuses to listen and is too pushy for a da*n zip code to ship it to simply check if they have it. Terrible customer service. Too difficult to simply check if they have an item and clearly just trying to go off the website and be pushy for shipping instead of doing her job so I can simply pick it up. When I got to the store I was able to get someone to help me and get the open box laptop I came for. Fiance went in to get a charger couldn't get anyone to help him just walked off whenever he opened his mouth to ask for help. I couldn't get any help getting headphones out had to just wait in checkout line for the cashier to help on that one.
