The customer service from the young guy with braids that run the register in the front is beyond Amazing. He run not only the front register but also for those customers dining in, he walk over them their food. I had never seen this before at CaptainDs in Atlanta. Kudos to this young man. Fridays may be their busiest inside and outside. Poor customer service with following up with delivery services on status of orders. Could do tremendously better with that. Clean. Drive through available. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup.

The young women working counter was absolutely amazing with the older gentleman in front of me. The best customer service! The guy in back was hustling and also seemed very pleasant and on top of things. Service was exceptional and my order was correct. I will definitely be coming

Stopped in around 8pm Wednesday 01/24/24 The floors were wet...... even the dining room floor. We were the only one dinning in 4 people with me. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and it still did not come out right! The manager Jessica had to remake some of it! She stated they didn't know that they will be busy like that and was not prepared! Well, they had two cooks and one sat on break the whole time and only had 3 fcars in the drive through and all of their order was screwed up! The only thing I figure is that the cook was new and clueless! They really need to get it together!

I've been trying to give this chain a chance and they just continue to disappoint. If it's not over cooked it's under cooked but today did it for me for the fish had a horrible smell. Not sure how who was cooking it did not notice it. Please y'all, pay attention to what you're sending out. .

Management was good for like a month and then changed again and it sucks. We ordered 2 of the $5.99 fish, shrimp and fries meals. The picture advertises 5 piece shrimp in the meal. When we got it we only had 3. So i asked the employee about it and he said the picture being advertised was wrong and that you only get 3 pieces not 5 and that his manager told him to put 3 pieces. Wish i knew the posters being advertised all around the windows and inside of the store were made “wrong”, as per his words, before i paid for the meals.

I tried them again and they have new management that actually cares about the customer. Friendly staff, tasty food. Worth a second try! The street sign is badly faded. This is too bad as it gives the customer a feeling of neglict for the business.
