Just bought a 2024 Oddysey EX-L and we had one of the best experiences ever buying a car. Mr Lee and the financial manager, sorry forgot his name, went above and beyond to satisfy us, including a generous offer on our trade in. I have never been a Honda fan but after this I will most likely return for my future car needs. Thank you Mr Lee.

Just bought our minivan here at Carey Honda and had a great experience with Isaiah Cade. He did a great job not only explaining all of details behind our decision but also ensured that everything was 100% with our car. We even got a couple things that we took a more detailed look at to have the vehicle taken care of. We feel like we got a great deal on an amazing car. Would definitely recommend Isaiah to anyone who needs to find a Honda

Called and inquired about a vehicle we found online. “Heather” confirmed that the car was there and the price was correct. We drove 35 minutes to look at the car. We arrived, the car was not even at that dealership location. During the test drive, they told us the price that was advertised was a typo. (and even told us that the price had been like that for a month!)Bait and switch situation, and we felt very mislead!

on't go there!! I would put 0 stars if I could. That is the worst place to go. My sister (who doesn't speak English) went there to have an oil change on her Acura SUV that she bought there has been the most expensive oil change!! They run over a knife when they were doing maintenance to her car and they told her that they will replace the tire but she had to rent a car at Hertz. They offered a 20%coupon and Hertz only had SUVs to rent no cars available so she ended up paying way more that was she planning to spend. I talked to a Spinelli the manager and he was very rude. If I take my car to an oil change it's not my responsibility to rent a car if they messed up my tire. He was very rude and racist. I can't believe that my sister had to pay to rent a suvwhile they are not taking responsibility of that part.No vayan!!! Es el peor lugar para hacer negocios especialmente si eres Latino. Mi hermana compró su carro un Acura SUV con ellos y fue a hacerle el mantenimiento (solo necesitaba un cambio de aceite) . Alguien de los q trabaja allí pasó su carro por una cuchilla que estaba en el suelo y su rueda se poncho. Mientras que le dicen q le van a cambiar la rueda y no le están cobrando por ello (mínimo ya que es la culpa de ellos) no quieren hacerse responsable de rentarle un carro porque no tiene el repuesto. Le dieron un cupón de descuento para Hertz para q rente un auto( y ellos no tenían un auto regular a las 5pm y ya estaban por cerrar so termino tentando un suv) . Es el cambio de aceite más costoso que hay. No vale la pena hacer negocios con ellos. Hablé con el manager Spinelly debido a q mi hermana no habla muy bien el inglés , a pesar de q yo SI pude comunicarme muy bien con el en Inglés hizo pasar todo cómo q había una barrera en la comunicación con ella y q tenga un buen día y me colgó. Sabiendo q eso no es resolver el problema con ellos. Nunca he hecho negocio con ellos felizmente y nunca personalmente lo haré. Eviten un dolor de cabeza y no apoyen a una persona q culpa a q no entiende el idioma (a pesar de q toda nuestra conversación fue en inglés) para no resolver lo que ha sido culpa de ellos desde el primer momento.

Misal Kara at Carey Paul Honda customer service was excellent. He kindly answered my questions about benefits on the purchase of my 2015 Honda Fit.Mr. Kara thoroughly took time and clearly communicated the number of oil changes remaining in my package. After the services were completed, I learned I needed a new battery asap and discovered that one of my tire reams were bent and needed changing. Thus, to obtain a better balance the tire ream needed to be replaced after Honda completed service for a rotation and balance of my tires. I was highly satisfied with my service and feedback for awareness of future upkeep and maintenance repairs by Mr. Kara! Thank you Carey Paul Honda for a great experience!

I recently decided that I wanted to move back to driving a Honda after a (very) brief hiatus. After some searching, I decided to head to Carey Paul. I worked with Anthony Davis by random and had the best experience. They had sold the car I wanted to look at, but within the hour had located and secured another vehicle for me. Anthony was beyond willing to work with me and my budget and even let me pretend to be a "harda**" during negotiations lol. He personally went and picked the vehicle up for me and I got it on my birthday. 10/10 experience. If you are in the market for a new Honda, go to Carey Paul and request Anthony - he knows what he's doing and is just a very kind person overall!

They let me wait for 2 hours and the guy was with me and then he left to bring the deal and then 2 hours passed and I looked at him he was with deferent people and i just left, they called me and told me about good deal and when i went to the dealership they change the price and he said that they will give me good deal and he left me in his office for 2 hours waiting for him and when i saw him with deferent people i just left

Today I worked with Isaiah Cade and Nigel McKenzie . Those guys are awesome. I told them what car I wanted and they worked with my budget. They were really friendly very complementary service offering water. They were awesome. I ended up getting the car of my dreams for the right price and Nigel made sure that I got a gap warranty as well. He really looks out for you if you stop by Honda ask for Isaiah Cade and Nigel McKenzie.

Service is not the same as it used to be.I was told my vehicle would be ready in 2 to 3 hours. After 3 hours I received no update and decided to come in person to check on my vehicle. The representative overseeing my repair was no where to be found and after speaking to several staff members and calling customer service, no one was clear on where he was. At this point I had no answers as to how far along my car was or how much longer it needed. Finally I stepped into the office of a gentleman who was very helpful and found my car. It was finished although no one reached out about it. The representative who was supposed to reach out never showed up. I find this lack of communication and no sense of urgency in resolving my situation to be highly unprofessional. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Brought my car in for a set of new tires and rear brakes. I always take pleasure in keeping my car clean and spotless. My car was returned to me with black smut all over the tires and rims. But, that I could clean I thought… a closer look turns out they had scratched multiple rims and one run had 2 chips to it like they had been hit with a tool of some sort in the process of completing the service. I addressed this before l acing calling the advisor Ruddy back out to look at my findings. He went back inside to supposedly notify the service manager. It took him so long to come back, I went back inside myself. At this point I’m told the manager was with a customer and he’d view their cameras to see what happened when he “gets a chance”. Now I’m upset because this is not a simple curb rags but a nice size chunk in my rim. After seeing my frustration Ruddy then tells me the service manager is not on the premises and that he’d cal me later after he returns. Which was a lie bc he-Ruddy and another associate had already told me he was with someone. The assistant manager then comes out to basically tell me the chip was already there and was a rock chip. The size and depth of the chip was not even consistent with a rock flying and hit a rim. It was done by a mechanical tool. The next day Ruddy calls to tell me they will have their rim repair guy take a look and assess the damage and call me back to bring the car in. Obviously admitting they did the damage! A week passes he never calls back so I call him. He again says let me get back with my manager and I’ll call you back within the hour. Ok fine. Here it is 3 days later and I have not heard from anyone! I tried to give the time to correct the issue before writing a review but they continue to drop the ball. I will not be returning or will I ever recommend this Carey Paul Honda to anyone! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them for this type of service. Not to mention on two occasions they were supposed to rotate my tires and lasted the service but didn’t complete the rotation. I knew this because one of my tires had a distinct white mark on the inside and I used that as a marker to check each time. They’ve hired some new kids to work on servicing our cars and all they do is horseplay while customers are waiting 4 hours for simple services. Carey Paul Honda just lost a 5 time Honda owner’s business and about to be 6 with the purchase of my graduating sons new Honda we are in the market for. Then on top of that, they intentionally don’t send their service review email when there’s a problem. But, I’m submitting this review everywhere I can find, so that people will know not to come to here. Do better!!!

One thing I love and appreciate about this Honda dealership specifically is the customer service. The team always goes out of their way to make sure their customers leave with the best deal possible. However, I recently purchased a car from this dealership and have experienced difficulties reaching the finance department. Honda is still reporting that I am the owner of my previous car and I am being contacted about a late car payment which is incorrect bc this dealership bought the car 2 weeks before my payment was due.William finished the paperwork. I called to speak with him last Monday, he said he’d call back within an hour. It’s been 2 weeks.Last Thursday I drove to the dealership, spoke with Bernard in person, who said he’d follow up with me by 5pm that day. It’s been a week and a half.I’m not a difficult customer, but I do expect people to do what they say they’re going to do. I am a returning customer to this dealership specifically. I would like someone from the finance department to give me a call with updates about my account and the payoff for my previous car. This delay/discrepancy has the potential to impact my credit score and leave a negative mark which cannot happen.I am only leaving this lengthy review bc I can’t reach anyone on the phone. After I speak to someone I’m more than happy to edit this review. Thank you.
