I liked the store it was neat and clean. I wished they had a little more stock but it's not very big. On the phone staff was great in person lacked a little.

My little lady and I go there to shop for our five year old granddaughter. She grows so fast that we need to change her sides all the time. Carter's have a quick turn over of great clothes to select from. They are laid out on a table or hanging up. The young lady's will help you if you need it.

From the moment my daughter and I walked in the Caucasian sales lady was very customer friendly. She told us about the sales and everything. Very personable. However the black lady was rude and acted as though she did not want to be there. ATTITUDE. My daughter and I walked by this woman several times and she said Nothing. There were a few Caucasian people in there and she asked how they were and if there was anything that she couyhelp them with. Never asked my daughter or myself. I spent a nice little amount and actually thought about bringing it right back in to go online and do it. And still may do so. If you don’t like black people in your store madam, go somewhere else. Btw I am black as well & a customer service manager and all it takes is a simple, “ hi how are you?”! Considering people are spending their hard earned money in your store! The Only reason that I’m giving it 2 stars is because of Ms Katherine the Caucasian woman.
