Terrible customer service. Wasted my time if they knew they weren’t going to let me pawn my laptop they should’ve said no from the start. They kept trying to say it didn’t work when the keyboard and mouse was working fine. They kept trying to say it didn’t work when they lightly touched it since I have hard touch but said it doesn’t work. Saying that the keyboard didn’t work but were able to type in my password. Very rude and unprofessional no wonder they don’t have customers. You would have customers if you removed the Hispanic and the two African American older workers since they always have an attitude when I come in. It might be prejudice or they simply don’t like the fact that I am pawning something. I went to another location down the street and they accepted it in a few minutes without any issues or complaints. I don’t care about their race I care more about the rude attitude that they immediately have towards me when I don’t even come in hostile or rude. I am respectful and have a lot of patience but I could not stand the rudeness today and the attitude they gave me. Trying to look for excuses that the laptop wasn’t working when the same company just a different location took the laptop with no issues or rudeness. Avoid this place at all cost. They are extremely rude. Just drive ten minutes down the streets and the best pawn shop of this company will assist you with better attitude and a fair price for your items you are deciding to sell or buy. This place is a waste of time and isn’t even worth buying or selling here. The worst attitude and very rude, regardless if your polite and not hostile they make you want to be that way due to their attitudes n rude behavior. It’s like they hate their job and want to take it out on customers for no reason. They shouldn’t be working there or have the opportunity to be engaging with customers. They are bad for business and I feel bad for the owners cause their lacking customers due to these people with issues. Especially since the women decided to toss my id towards me and literally almost cracked my laptop by how aggressively she was handling my laptop. Thank goodness it did not crack its scratch but definitely these people are bad for business and are extremely bad attitudes. They shouldn’t be allowed to work with people. Please give them more training on how to give proper customer service you’ll definitely see a change in business and better customers reviews. Wish I could give -3 stars but we all know how these review things work.

I may have had a bad experience this go round but its left a bad taste in my mouth for this place. The hours for Saturday's are 10am-5pm. I showed up at 10:10 am with my 3 year old, the security gate on one door was all the way closed & on the other door it was half way up to the point where I could see inside. I noticed the place was still closed so I just thought maybe they were running a little behind, no big deal. I waited for another 5-6 minutes after I saw someone inside walking around. I then waited another 2-3 minutes before I began calling. I called 2 times & the phone just rung for at least 30-40 seconds each time. I finally said forget it & left, it was approximately 10:23am. Thanks but no thanks! I know they saw me out there, I know they heard the phone ring.
