This daycare is operating with less than 10% of the rooms even occupied. I wasn’t sure if homicide occurred or what happen but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My kids were in aftercare and there was no order in the class. There seemed to be less than 15 kids but my children complained of bullying and kids being unruly and frustrated teachers. He then told me the teacher cussed at the kids saying the H and A word. I called the director with my frustrations and I told her I was taking my kids out and she didn’t even apologize. If you like a daycare that gives off back room vibes, this is your place!

My children have been attending this location since 2021. The staff here has always treated my children well. However, since Mrs. Mason and Mrs Glover took over leadership, the center has made a 360 degree turn. They exemplify what leadership is supposed to look like. The staff is friendly and attentive. Believe me when I say, you will not regret sending your children to this location. I highly recommend.

I've been working at Childcare Network #209 on Xavier Ray court for some time now, and it's been a great experience! The school maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which is so important when working with young children. The classrooms are always tidy, and the staff does a great job of keeping everything sanitized and organized.
The work environment is positive and supportive, with a team that truly cares about each other and the children we serve. Management is approachable and encourages open communication, making it easy to feel heard and valued. Overall, it's a wonderful place to work if you're passionate about early childhood education and enjoy being part of a caring community. Teachers are very passionate about children and take care of all students in their care.

I enrolled my granddaughter in Childcare Network, Xavier Ray Ct., Snellville, GA. Before attending school at this location, she was very reserved and did not talk a lot. Since attending CNI, she has opened up like a blossoming flower and is talking more. She comes home talking about the various things she has learned at school. She is happy going to school and sad leaving. She really enjoys going to school and interacting with her friends and teachers.

I went on a tour today for my 4year old. When I arrived I was kinda nervous being this is my first time doing the whole school thing but by the end of my tour I wanted my daughter in there tomorrow. They were super helpful and had the patience to answering all my questions and very clean like an environment you want you child to be in

Children's Network #209 facility exemplifies how children should be provided with a safe learning environment. Ms.Mason and Ms. Glover (Administrators) welcomed me on day one with interest and willingness to meet my grandson's needs. The information and availability were what I was looking for as it relates to his needs. Since his enrollment, his teachers Ms. Malaika and Ms. Zaria are in my opinion the epitome of excellent educators! My Grandson has developed his social skills, he is able to identify with his fingers his numbers (4 yrs old), sings without stuttering, needless to say I am thrilled and pleased thus far. Thank you All for your commitment and dedication to Teach One, Reach One, Support All...With Gratitude Piarie Hickman (Grandmother)

My experience with the child care network wasn’t the best , I loved the old staff that was working the day care . They were very helpful and respectful. I really enjoyed having my daughter attend this facility when the previous staff was there. But the new staff is very rude, very nonchalant. Have ZERO patience for kids , the new director is Named Shakeema Mason . She had the nastiest attitude. She doesn’t have any patience for kids . I dropped my daughter off last Thursday. We walked in her class I’m taking her jacket off and the first thing the teacher said to my daughter was Aveah go stand in the blue carpet (I’m still taking her jacket off we not even good enough in the door) I’m like ok no good morning… but there was this little boy had to have been 1 and must’ve been his first time being at daycare . I’m not really sure but he was having a melt down he was crying and she (the director) told him to go sit in time out and don’t get off the carpet. So he moved off the carpet and she grabbed him by his arms and placed him back on the carpet and said “I don’t care we not doing this today” so he got off the carpet again and she grabs him by his arms and try to place him back on the carpet and the little boy jerked away from her and he hit his head on the floor and she stated “that was your fault not mine” so at this point my daughter is afraid she is holding on to me not wanting to get down . That same day when I went to go pick her up , one of the teachers told me that I need to buy “Removable pull ups” because she doesn’t have time to change my daughter “pull up” because I dress her in onesie or leggings sometimes . I said excuse me … she’s potty training if your taking her to the bathroom when she says she has to potty then there should be no reason for you to even have to change her pull up that often. Keep in mind my daughter talks pretty well she’s 2 and she uses the bathroom here at home she goes to the potty . I said no the purpose of a pull up is to get them to learn how to pull up and down their pants . So she got smart with me so I pulled her completely out of that daycare . It was just too much . They had a male teacher working there and one of the moms complained that he hit her daughter foot and the director was very nonchalant about the situation. They missed placed my daughter blanket and got irritated when they had to look for it and then gonna tell me I need to get her a crib size blanket when the blanket she had was perfect for her size. This location needs an entire new STAFF. Everyone is just nasty they rude. Especially the new teachers and the director.
