My son started here when he was 3 months old. It was scary to leave him being so young but the staff has always given me the confidence that he is in safe hands. He’s now 9 months and always happy to be dropped off in the morning. It’s very frustrating the lack of support the center gets from corporate and has allowed a great daycare to loose most of their kids as they can not support the stuff. Upper management should be embarrassed and ashamed of this. I’m giving 5 stars to the employees and manager of the center for all the great work they do. I have never felt my son has been mistreated and is provided a happy healthy environment. I give 0 stars to the corporation for their piss poor support to provide basic necessities like staff. I welcome a call from corporate

The staffing and how I was treated by other employed staff and managers was terrible working with #209 in Snellville, GA. Everything was very unprofessional and disorganized and some rude things were said to me on my first couple of days. Employees and managers have no respect for onboarding staff. Mrs. Zalieka was a horrible example as a manager. Zaria and other staff members working would not even greet me when I came in for my shift. I was also never offered lunch breaks or bathroom breaks I basically had to BEG. Children didn’t even have their own classrooms due to short staffing . My hours were changed upon hiring and I was told I couldn’t work unless I work the hours given to me after I was hired … Mrs. Zalieka responds horribly to messages in a rude manner and is not clear on instruction whatsoever. I wouldn’t even send my own kids here . They are often without changes of clothes and diaper supplies as well and there are several children in the classrooms with special needs that I am not equipped or trained with the skills to work with them. I barely recieved any training before or after my hire and was just thrown in the mix without knowing what to do. One of the staff members constantly yells at the children and snatch items out of the children’s hands and use excessive force . The children are always sick and have runny noses and parents complain that there are so many new teachers that the staff don’t even know who’s kid is who’s and that can be very stressful to children and parents. This daycare was not a great experience and I do not recommend it to anyone seeking employment. The whole daycare needs to be reevaluated or shut down completely.

Inconvenient last minute changes, inconsistent schedules, staffing issues and often unreliable. Zero accountability, lack of communication and preparation for holidays, emergencies, regarding operational hours and school age transportation.

My children attended during Summer. I see the efforts of the manager, Ms Zalika Reid. She is very friendly and professional. The staff are also friendly and I believe they are giving their best to give the children the best experience.

Please do a thorough research before coming here. There are new teachers every day; HIGH TURNOVER RATE!!! I can’t even keep up, it’s so many. The kids are ALWAYS SICK with snotty nose and coughing (the teachers don’t even wipe their nose AT ALL) It’s understood kids are going to get sick at daycare, but EVERYDAY MY CHILD HAS BEEN SICK. Also, no one is ever at the front desk when it’s time to check out children. Or it’s so many new employees there, they don’t even know which child belongs to who. Very unsafe!!!!! & ps I don’t even think they do potty training for toddlers. Whew

This daycare was okay from the beginning, but a few things left me with memories I’ll never forget. Mrs.Dawn is a very headstrong woman I can tell, but her attitude is very aggressive and may come off as harsh at times, which I did not like. & one night I was maybe 2-3 minutes late with picking up my kids because of traffic & the distance between the daycare & my job, I informed them of that & I was okay with paying a fee; but the fact that I was threatened with having CPS called on me the next time (when it wasn’t intentional) rubbed me completely wrong! It was hurtful & disheartening, that’s just something you never say to a single mother or “mother” period! My kids would always cry about having to go to this school when I dropped them off which puzzled me bc I never understood why they didn’t like the school & teachers. One thing you never forget is how a person made you feel; let alone your kids & I can honestly say I felt relieved when I unenrolled my kids from this daycare.

To begin, if you are considering this daycare and may be on the fence....hear me clearly MOVE FORWARD. This place is simply Remarkable. Ms. Dawn and her team provides "hands-down" EXCELLENT Service..... My wife and I have 3 boys, and we have used a number of daycare's in the area, but our searched stopped when we connected with Childcare Network. Primarily because QUALITY is EVERYTHING. For us, what speaks volumes is their dedication and consistency to everything we need (such as): CLEANLINESS, ORGANIZATION, STRUCTURE, and PROFESSIONALISM, are all visible Daily, and this team truly deserves the credit..... So I would like to say (from the infants to Pre-K) thank you for ALLLLL you do, and keep up the AWESOME work!!!!!! *God Bless

Ms.Dawn (the Director) was very kind hearted , dedicated and took great care of her families and staff. The teachers were very nice and caring and the center was always kept very clean. I highly recommend this school and truly appreciate the time my family spent at this school.

I am very disturbed. I arrived at your establishment and NO ONE answered the bell at 3:58pm. I stood outside and even knocked and NO ONE CAME. It was a parent that drove up whoooooo liberty me in. After standing at the front desk and NOT being greeted my ANYONE, a staff member walked up front and asked had I been helped and I stated NO... she had no idea way I was there and A PARENT came down the hallway and started it was 4pm and I need to come back when the DIRECTIR WAS THERE.Here's the problem, I changed my schedule to come today and I'm saddened by the lack of professionalism and the fact that I was not notified via email that the appointment HAD BEEN CANCELED was totally uncalled for.I believe that l things should be done decently and in order... well that was not the case at CHILDCARE NETWORK.

I can honestly say, I was very impressed with this place. My daughter left this place knowing a whole lot than what I expected. Teachers were nice and friendly.

I loved my son's teachers. He had a great time there every day. But the director was unpleasant. I think if you're going to be in a field dealing with children, you need to be able to be decent to them, as well as their parents.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I brought my son and daughter here for summer camp thinking it would be a good experience considering I used to work here a few years ago when it was lenora academy, WRONG! The young teachers they have in the school agers are very slick, they act nice in front of you but treat the kids bad, I can hear the morning teacher yell at the kids all the way down the hallway, they purposely humiliated my daughter who has a learning disability by trying to make her read in front of the whole class and then asking every parent that came in the room "what type of job can a person get that doesn't know how to read?" It was to the point that my daughter started to cry. I told the director about the incident and she acted as if she cared but after that, every time I ran across her she had a attitude with her nose tooted up and nasty looks, I even caught her rolling her eyes at my child! They lied about the field trips that they would take the kids on for the summer, they barely went anywhere the whole summer, the last straw was that my son whose asthmatic asked to take his breathing treatment which they were suppose to give him everyday and I was told they refused to give him his medicine and that they hadn't given him the medicine in over two days....why spend so much money for poor treatment? These people need to go back to school and find a new profession because childcare is clearly not for them...the director herself needs to fix her bitchy attitude, how is she to lead the whole school if she is always running around acting like a little spoiled child?!?! Childcare Network will never get another dollar from me....$200+ lost! Oh well!

My husband and I have three children and we have been a part of Childcare Network for 8 years (before it was even Childcare Network). All three of our children have loved attending the school and received such loving care from all of their teachers. When I leave my kids with them, I do not worry! I couldn't have asked for a better daycare experience. Teachers and staff are awesome!

I can't even begin to find the words to describe Childcare Network and what they have done for my 4yr old. My child Dallas attends 2985 Xavier Ray Ct Snellville, GA His teacher Mrs Angela Jones and the whole Staff of that location makes you feel like you are leaving your child with a relative. The Directors are always available to answer questions and concerns. I am watching my child grow into this social butterfly. The curriculum and the time given to the children is wonderful. Dallas wants to be there everyday and on the weekends he is missing his teacher and classmates. I wish we could bottle up Mrs Jones and have her follow Dallas throughout his grade school and high school experience. You all are a wonderful Blessing to me. Thank you for your hard work. The Andersons

Ms. Kati is always a pleasure...no matter how her day is going, she always wears a smile and warms the building with her gentleness! The staff is wonderful and both of my girls love it. This was the perfect fit for them when they transitioned from Florida (one had never been to daycare before).
