He offered a very good discount on a higher grade model. I appreciate the gesture but have decided on a different route for my computer going forward. I will likely need some upgraded computer circuitry in the near future and I will be giving them another chance in store.”

“Shawn fixed my iphone 13 pro max and it’s perfect he works so well with iphone products which is difficult to do, he even went out his way to get a screen for me the same day when every other phone repair store was unable to until days later, he also went out his way to put a screen protector on my phone for free with reasonable repair prices, get at himmm!!!”

I had an hdmi problem so I brought it up to Apex and found out they do same day fixes and I wasn’t disappointed. This is a place I would highly rccomend to anyone needing repair in electronics because they are fast and very reliable.”

“Jesse was absolutely amazing when i was there last week. I needed a new gaming chair ASAP for my son’s 20th birthday and he knew just what i was looking for. He was very insightful and helped me make the right decision. If ANYONE, especially us hispanic folk, needs help, Jesse is the one to ask. Jesse helped me carry the box out to the car without me even asking him to. A modern gentleman. I tried to invite him over for some baked sweets, but he said that he couldn't leave during his shift. But that is my only complaint. I dont often leave reviews but Jesse was worth it. I wish my son could learn a lesson or two from him. I will be sure to recommend all my gals to this store. I will also bring sweets over here for Jesse.”

“I hadn't been to this store in a long time but Best Buy is on of my favorite electronic stores on side of the Apple store. I had to go over one day to do an exchange on some beats headsets that I had. The exchange was very quick and not problematic at all. All of the staff were wearing masks. I try to go in and do what I need to do and leave. If not I'll start browsing the store just to see what I want to buy next.”
