If I could give zero stars I would! We spent soooooo much money the past 3 months on our storage and we just received our things back INFESTED with roaches. Imagine if we would've had our things there longer?! We had no roaches coming from our home before & never have. JUST to move into my new home and be uncomfortable unable to do what I need to do out of fear that a roach may pop up! I'm extremely dissatisfied and feel deserving of a FULL refund but ofc that's impossible. I'd just say, choose another storage!

Nice storage facility close to stone mountain, centerville and snellville. Small and large storage units available plus parking. Reservation recommend but not required and closely monitored access and availability to site offers a comfortable level of security.

I've been using this facility off and on for 10 years. I felt like I was mislead yesterday. First I was told I was getting 40% off and a month free. After I was signing papers I was told OH it's only 25% and 2 weeks free. Then I was told late fees are now 20% of your rent. I've never had a late fee but all these things combined should have been said up front and 1st.

Well i dont like the condition of the unit, i wish i would of snapped a pic but i forgot. The ceiling looks like they had a roof leak, and its ducked taped with a trash bag. Thats just not gonna work for me. However, im fully confident they will relocate me to a different unit come Monday during regular business hours.

The manager is exceptional from day 1. This location was farther for me but what won my business was her winning attitude and great customer service. I had a great experience with another young lady who works there as well. I moved into a home and no longer need a storage but I would highly recommend this location. Professionalism & maturity is key here. It was very refreshing to experience! Thanks so much!
