I went to get a drug for my son's cough, the pharmacy girl was very indifferent with her attention, I felt very very angry with this. I don't understand why there are people like this, maybe they are forced to work, or they don't get paid enough, and they take out their frustration on the clients.

Went in today on Halloween. Another crazy unprofessional African American women rude beyond. No customer service skills and doctor just let her get away with talking to me disrespectfully!!! Im going to change my prescriptions to another location if it does not improve. Please do more training on professionalism with the young black lady working on Halloween around 2pm 2023!

Natalia! has a bad attitude and should not be answering phones. Especially, if she does not want to work! She told me that she couldn't update my insurance over the phone. She lied! I called back and spoke to another lady in the pharmacy who was nice and happy to help. I think the pharmacist should keep in mind that people are having health issues and that is why they come. People shouldn't have to be greeted with stank attitudes when picking up prescriptions.

JUST PICKED UP MY PRESCRIPTION AND FOUND I WAS SHORTED 31 PILLS OUT OF 120. I COUNT MY PILLS EVERY MONTH AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. THE FIRST TIME I WAS SHORTED 2 PILLS. I HAD TO CALL THE PHARMACY 7 TIMES FROM MY LANDLINE AND MY CELL PHONE BEFORE THEY ANSWERED. WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWERED, I SPOKE WITH THE PHARMACIST AND SHE SAID THEY PHOTOGRAPH EVERY PRESCRIPTION THEY FILL, BEFORE THEY GO INTO THE BOTTLE. I TOLD HER I WANTED A COPY OF THE PICTURE AND SHE SAID I COULD GET IT IN 24 HOURS. WHEN I ASKED HER FOR THE HOME OFFICE PHONE NUMBER I WAS TOLD TO CALL 1-800 SHOP CVS. STAY TUNED.

standing and waiting for 15 min on someone to just ask me about my pick up prescription. Then pharmacist ask person came sat down 10 min after me about her prescription. Unbelievable!!!
