Absolutely heartless group. I'm a traveling patient they refused saline to even though they were given orders to give it to me. Made me drive two hours to pick up 4 small bags. Absolutely heartless. Kim the admin specifically.

I've been to four dialysis treatment facilities, it's not that this one has any better equipment, or anything of that nature. It's the great STAFF! No matter what other area a service oriented business may shine, it all boils down to sensitive, caring staff, whom are service oriented, and attentiveness to their clients/patients needs. This is by far the best place I've seen in almost six years now. Great nurses, great techs, as far as I am concerned; This is an example of what a good dialysis faucility should be like. THANK YOU
