I’ve been a member of the Delta Credit Union for over 35 years now am so glad they’ve added more locations over the years. I’ve always been treated very respectfully and professional anytime I’ve come in. In my opinion, the Delta Credit Union rivals any other Credit Union out there.

I’m I just not happy with Delta at all how do I have to pay $3 to transfer my money from saving to checking and I have overdraft protection just another way to keep getting money out of customers and no I don’t want to speak to no one about this because clearly Delta don’t care closing my account real soon I can’t trust Delta with my money anymore

Very poor customer service and attitude especially the branch manager. I have my main account out of LA and this is the GA branch. Every need that I wanted and needed I was referred back to LA branch and they could do nothing for me here in Ga. I called the 800 number and they told me I could open a GA account and link them by filling out a form. The branch manager didn’t even have the since to address by sir or my last name and the others also followed her lead. I finally opened up an account only because I had to make it easier on this side. This is by far the worst I have been treated by an institution and will find another branch in the future to service me. Please feel free to contact me for further info if needed.

Atrocious wait times at this location. Went to apply for a car loan with an appointment to find a line that was extremely long. There wasn't someone on the floor to help direct the traffic of incoming visitors. All of the rooms were vacant. Everyone in line was nice but I couldn't get the help that I needed nor knew who to look to. Only two tellers on the floor made the wait so long. Better off going to another CU with better staffing at least BOA has better wait times...

Me and my wife came to this branch looking to add her to my personal checking account. Despite having called the main 800 number in advance and told it would be ok, we were told that the manager had just recently decided that only a green card holder could be added to an account, despite the fact she has a Employment Authorization and a SSN from the government.

I had a WONDERFUL experience in finalizing my car loan with Tiffany Cruz at this branch! She made the process so painless and explained everything we needed to know without us knowing what to ask. She was AMAZING. I am sold on keeping her as my car loan guru/extraordinaire for all other loans in the future. Thank you Tiffany! You have made a lifelong customer and I’m sure I’m not the first.

The customer service at this branch is great. This is my new favorite branch!!! I used to go to the one in Decatur just because of how much traffic would always be on HWY 124… so during the pandemic I started coming to this location more which is closer to my home. I will continue to transact business at this branch… and I want to say thanks to everyone for their kindness, professionalism and hospitality!!!!

DCCU use to be the peoples bank. No fees, great customer service and great additional services. They have steadily declined in there customer service over the years and the Snellville, Ga location takes the cake for bad service. The tellers aren’t bad but the mgmt is horrible. The manager just locked me out literally 1 minute after closing and they still had many customers in line. Absolutely unreal. Drove way out of my way to make a large deposit and was denied at the door. Paying off my loans and moving my money. Don’t bank here there are many other options

I called to inquire about opening a teen checking account for my 15 year old son and was told I could do so. Drive 30 minutes to the branch location and was told he has to be 16, as if you can’t start working at the age of 14. He could only have a savings account so I would have to go to a completely different bank for his checking. I told them to close all three of my kids savings and will be finding somewhere more convenient. Waste of time, gas, and energy. **Edit** I received a call after I left saying they could open an account for him with a Manager override after all. I opened the account but nothing was explained- overdraft fees? Check deposit? Viewing card balance? Bc they were so busy. I guess I will take more time out of my work day to call and get those answers.

Been with this bank for 7 years and I can’t even get approved for loan through them. They always placing holds on my account. I’m not happy !

This place has a very bad customer service I was there to ask for help about my account because I can't transfer money to my other account and I have this agent Rashida to help me but her customer service is suck I told her if I can use their computer to help me so I can fix the issue in my account and her reply is she can't let me used their computer so u tell me u don't have a computer for the customer to assist them I don't think this place is ready for business waste of my time to come and for help I can go with someone else and entertain me well not like Rashida.

I have been with Delta Community CU for more than 10 years now. They have always been very helpful. This was for an auto loan. There was a wonderful interest rate special going on. Also, Ms. Rashida Everett was MOST helpful!! Ms. Dami was helpful the day I came in and saw her. Ms. Rashida helped me most of the way. She answered ALL of my questions...I had many! (LOL) She took the time necessary to help me get all in place in order to purchase my vehicle. This is the 2nd time I've worked on something major with DCCU and they ROCKED this time as well! Thanks DCCU!! Blessings!
