Online says open til 10pm, I get there at 639pm and there a hand written sign on the door saying we close at 7pm. I just wanted some ice cream ? and by the sign on your door i have 20 minutes left but door is locked. This isn't the first time this has happened, this place has really gone down hill. On top of that, when they do decide to grace us with their presence, there is never anyone up front so I'm waiting 30 minutes for 1 self checkout and 5 people in front of me. I rather drive the 5 extra minutes and go to crazy Walmart from now on.

This location has gone downhill. I drive up at 8:20 on a Thursday & they are closed & no hours posted. Google says their open until 10pm. This is not the first time though. Store Manager need to at least put a sign on the door.

I submitted two different orders at two different stores near me. The first one was canceled an hour after it should have been ready for pickup without explanation, and then I placed the order at a different store. That order was also canceled without explanation. What is the point of having a pickup order option if it really isn’t an option at all?

I was on the phone with my brother he was buying dog food and I overheard someone approach and say "you gonna pay for that?" He replied " excuse me? How dare you! I come here all the time" i hear her say " typical". Typical for what? She was so racist I assumed it was an employee or even another customer never once did I think it was the manager. He paid for his items and returned. I drove up there and calmly asked for the corporate office number and she refused to write down the store number but gave her name which is KIM BROWN. As I'm standing there she picks up the phone and said " I need the police up here for a trespassing warrant" for me asking fir the corporate number? I can't believe that kind of racism still exists in 2022 I already called corporate and will be filing a CIVIL LAWSUIT because this type of racial trauma WILL NOT CONTINUE on my watch. This is 2022 and I'm crying as I write this

It was not one of my better experiences at DG. There was one Cashier with a long line of customers that extended to the front door. Also, the store was cluttered with large boxes and crates of shipment items throughout the store. I could not maneuver comfortably throughout the aisles.
