I've been bringing my cars to Eurofed for a few years now. I only trust them with my B7 Audi S4. They are transparent and do great work. The service advisors are cool down to earth people, that know their cars and have a genuine interest in them. On my most recent visit Adam was cool, polite and it was a pleasure talking to someone that knows and appreciates how important a customers car is to them. Keep up the good work guys

2 locations in Snellville. I do not recommend the location across from the Mellow Mushroom. Service AdvIser knows NOTHiNG! Quoted me 8 hours labor to change a hose. When I questioned the quote he said they charge 8 hours labor for all repairs, regardless of how long it actually takes. He said he could lower it to 7 hours and $1800. Ridiculous!I took it to the other Eurofed location where they changed everything out for 1/4 the quote from the other location($680). I had to take the car back though because it is still leaking. The verdict is out until I get my car back and see if they fix it or not, and another ($400ish) on the quote. I'll update the post once I get my car back.As of this moment, I will just take the car to the dealership for future work, you're certainly not saving any $$ by bringing it here, and at least the dealership knows what they are doing!

Brought my Mercedes in for a check engine light, they found the issue and gave me an estimate with the codes & pictures of the faulty part. They had to order the part from the dealer which took a couple of days to come in but had the car done the same day the part was delivered. Awesome service!

Took in my X5 deisel to get some work done. I had some idea what might have been problematic before taking it in and they said they could look at it for me. A quote of over $10,000 came back. Yes, you read that right. Mind you, the car drives great and the laundry list of items sent back was pretty horrifying so I called them back to go over everything. When I pulled the information back up it indicated that they'd already approved some things- which I had not given the green light on. I told them not to start any work until i talked things over with my husband. I then called my usual mechanic (who I didn't call previously because he stays really busy and I needed a quick turnaround) and he asked to see the list. He put a rush on the car and called me the next day, telling me that I only needed $1600 worth of work. Obviously I agreed. He was furious, and told me that while he understands that everyone needs to make money, that they were not only trying to overcharge me, they were trying to upsell me things I didn't even need and I knew he was right before he even said it out loud.It's one thing to try to upsell someone reasonably- I've been in sales for years and I get it, but to take advantage of someone is a whole different story. This is not only dishonest, it's thievery. Shame on them.They may actually be capable of doing the work, but a good mechanic takes care of his clients. Be careful taking your cars here.

Theeeee worst!!! Here’s another predatory mechanic shop. Women beware! Long story short they charged me and my warranty company for a service I didn’t even need. I went back to the shop 3 times because my air conditioner kept going out within a few days from picking it up.. The manager was passive aggressive spewing a bunch of mechanic jargon but I saw right through it. They gave me a hard time when I asked for a refund, having some guy from sales contact me but I didn’t fall for it. They cut me a check for the portion but still have yet to pay my warranty company. Terrible experience! If you have an Audi, BMW, or VW go to MB Autocare in Loganville. Save you some time and money.

The estimate they gave me as 4 x more than 3 other locations to do semi custom exhaust, which they should be pros at. Wanted 6 hr to install cutout exhaust which takes 2hrs Max. It required 2 cuts on 2 pipes. Then welding the two pieces together. 6hrs?? For what. Be reasonable. Your shop is where people want to go for a fair price. It is already $198 an hr labor. At least cut someone a break on time. Otherwise I heard it's a good shop but very pricey.

During a super busy week before we went out of town they took care of our electrical issue on our VW Atlas the same day we brought it in! And on top of that they only charged us for fixing one of the doors when they ended up fixing both for us so we could have a great trip. Excellent service, very professional team, 11/10 will be back for sure!!

Brought this vehicle over to the shop over night to drop it off for an alignment. ($190 for alignment with aftermarket kit.) One of the only shops that were able to get my vehicle aligned with the camber kit I installed. They were great and we’re able to take the vehicle in that same day without an appointment. They explained to me the before and after results in a very detailed way. Would definitely return to these guys for other work needed.Service: Wheel alignment

Called to make my appointment and received a confirmation email. Went in today and was greeted by a friendly staff. My car was professionally serviced and I was provided with recommendations for future service like , 60,000 mile maintenance. The price was great, just all around great service.
