Customer service and need to uphold contract agreements. Gates were broke the entire time. Told the regional manager would contact me, didn’t happen. Have email saying my last payment would be reimbursed but haven’t seen this either. After I complained 3 times about the gate not working I moved out of the storage facility… 2 days later the gate got fixed. What was the final straw… after 2 months I received an email saying rent was going up from $140 to $200. There wasn’t any specials or promotions being ran when I signed up.

Prime Storage was a lifesaver. I came to view a storage unit and Q was an incredible asset. She answered all my questions and I ended up renting the space the same day. I highly recommend Prime Storage!

It’s a nice place but needs some tooling cuts for the customers and a gold cut because the walk is too much.
