So slow, every time I come here. What’s the purpose of making an appointment if you still have to wait over 1 1/2 hours for them to even take your car back.

The only reason I rated 2 stars is because of the decent discount I received after having a near 3-hour wait to even have my car taken back to have my 4 tires installed and wheel alignment. I had an appointment that was made 4-5 days prior so it was disappointing to have such a long wait as if I was an add-on. The lobby had cleared out and I was still sitting there waiting. Someone dropped their car off without an appointment and had their car done faster than me with an appointment. When you’re initially told “a couple hours” - a more clear understanding of what to expect should have been given. If they were unable to accommodate me, then I felt they should have just said that rather than have me waiting for hours. I had to nearly argue to have my car taken back. I was promised a free alignment which the salesperson then tried to say I didn’t need after the tires were put on. I once again reminded him that he told me at the beginning of our discussion that I would most likely need an alignment and that he was doing it for free. So just when I thought I was done, I had to wait for the alignment service to be done. Sat there from 10am until after 2pm for four tires and an alignment. And supposedly as a Firestone cardholder, you are supposed to be considered a priority. I can’t say I will take my car back to this location again in the future based off the experience.

This place is getting worse by the second. I've been going to this Firestone for years and notices that the customer service level has completely diminished due to the continuous change of office employees.
I dropped my car off to be looked at on a Sunday morning due to an AC. After 5 hours I call to see if it's been diagnosed. The customer service manager apologized for no calling me and told me the issue. He told me if the part was in stock at the dealer he could get it repaired on Monday. I waited until noon and called to check. he told me to give him a second and he'll call me back. 2 hours later I went up there. He told me he still haven't had a chance to check on the availability of the part and suggested I just take it to the dealer for the repair. That's fine, I did just that. But this was the first time i encountered a place that doing so well that they refer work to the competitor.

I went to 1 location that I was schedule at 12pm and went I get there they said 2 guys called in sick nobody gave me a call to let me know I go to this location I schedule at 4pm I get there and they said that they had to let 2 guys go because they had to many hours again nobody called me wast of time lost my day of work I couldn't get anything done very unprofessional.

Had an issue with my battery. When I arrived, I was quickly greeted. Ladin tested my currently battery, which was required and it was confirmed a new one was needed. The waiting area was packed, but I observed him giving updates to customers frequently. I was out the door is a reasonable amount of time being I didn’t have an appointment.
Pictures is my old battery. LaDon kept me updated and allowed me to see the issue. He also showed me the reading detecting the power.

Requested a full diagnostic on my vehicle. I was told the only thing that needs attention was windshield wipers. However my brakes are making noise, headlight out, horn do not work.

If I could give negative stars for customer service I would. We arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment to get two new tires put on. We sat for two hours and they never moved the car. Other customers had come been serviced and left, while we sat there. No explanation and no update, the least you could do is say how many customers are ahead of us, if any. A woman blatantly told me she just brought her there and her brother was doing her a favor(a walk-in getting seen before an appointment that’s already been waiting two hours). Her argument was it was only a nail it would be super quick. We had a male friend call to check on the car’s progress knowing there had been no progress. After that phone call took place it took them maybe 20-30 minutes to put the new tires on and drive the car out. This was a disrespectful an a ignorant experience. I try to ignore the stereotype that women are ignored in settings like this but this proved it true. Truly Disappointed.

I made an appointment for service. I have lifetime alignment for my 2014 Chevy Silverado. I arrived on time for my appointment, but it took five hours for the tech to complete my service, after I waited only one hour for him to put my truck on the rack. During this time, there were several people who arrived after me, but left before me.
This is totally unnacceptable, and I regret paying for lifetime alignment at Firestone Snellville. I definitely will not refer anyone to Firestone for the auto service needs.

Employees are professional and friendly. Establishment was clean. Bathroom were clean. Wait was a little long for an oil change. I was thinking making an appointment would help. Was advised they were short staffed upon arrival.

The staff is always very professional and friendly. You rarely see consistent, great customer service across all employees and every visit at an establishment, but you see it here! Best price I've come across for a standard oil change.

Came in to see if someone could help me with my Tire pressure light . Spoke with Tech Dray. Very Knowledgeable of cars. Suggested a new tire. I was able to get in and get out in a timely fashion. Would recommend Dray if you need service.

I felt that they put out extra effort. They charged the battery so I could get the car off the tow truck, before they even got open. Fixed what was wrong and went quickly through the process.

From my initial phone call to make my service appointment until I retrieved my vehicle upon completion of the repairs, I received courteous, knowledgeable, professional service. I only take both of vehicles to the local center in Snellville.
