I brought my F-250 pickup in for a 6,000 mile oil change/service and to correct a couple of Recall notices. Jeff, my service advisor, was very cordial and aware of the Recalls. I dropped the truck off the evening before and the work was completed by mid morning the following day. I will definitely be back for my next service when the time comes around.

My service advisor Christopher provided me with excellent service! He answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and was easy to get a hold of. Huge bonus they picked up and dropped off my car.

Earlier in the week, I had called and left a message for a certain service writer and did not receive a call back. I called again and asked for no one in particular and made an appointment with Sabrina who told me to ask for Cedric Johnson. What a difference. Cedric was the ultimate professional who made me feel like a customer. In addition to listening to me and telling me what to expect, he also told me he would followup later that day and give me an update, which he did. In addition, when I requested a ride home, Cedric was able to arrange for a loaner vehicle. When he called me later that afternoon to give me an update on my truck, he told me it would be Friday or Saturday before it would be ready. On Saturday he called me to let me know it would not be ready until at least Tuesday. On Tuesday he called text me to let me know it was ready. My experience was great and just today I referred someone to 5star because they had tried to make an appointment at Akins and was given a February date before they could be scheduled. Cedric Johnson did what he said he would do, actually more,was personable, and is a credit to the 5 star organization. Thanks, Jesse Roberts

The service appointment was easy to make & stress-free (no small feat during the holiday season).The service was both quick and thorough. This particular location has always been attentive & helpful, and our latest visit was no exception. Makes a huge difference at a stressful time of year.

Just when I think I couldn't be MORE PLEASED with Five Star Ford Sone Mountain in the 15 years they been servicing my Ford Edge, they outdo themselves in the next service visit! They always go above and beyond to meet my needs and do extra (loaner car, work diligently with my warranty company, etc) to help the process feel effortless to ME. Their communication systems are excellent from beginning to end - they constantly keep me updated. I had to have car towed in for repair this last visit - at 10:00 PM. I was able to going on the website and leave a message as to what was going on. Shortly after opening the next, my regular service representative had a diagnosis & plan for repair!The Service Valet option is invaluable. They will come to my house / job, I step out to hand them my car key & and THEY take my car to the dealership for service. When service is complete, they text me a link to pay, then deliver my car back to me! It's SO EASY to keep up all my maintenance work because I don't have to take time off work or wait around at the service center. I even bring my Chevy here for routine maintenance.Service managers/ representatives Josh Bass and Michael Belcher deserve EXTRA shout outs for always having my back and working to make these visits a pleasure. These two make me feel like family! They know me & my cars. I know I can trust them to take great care of me & my cars -EVERY TIME.Stop wasting time - make FIVE STAR FORD STONE MOUNTAIN YOUR PLACE for car servicing!

I had a service technician team come out to my work to perform a factory recall. Christopher was very impressive with his politeness, punctuality and efficiency. He and his coworker had my recall done in a matter of a few minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Every time you leave this place, something new is going to be wrong with your car... Instantly leave here and a new problem arises same day. Whether it's a damaged piece or a whole new service needed. I have given this place several chances and each time I have left out with a new car issue.. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a difficult time calling this dealership to schedule a service appointment. The phone line does not connect you with any department or person. I had to call 5 times to finally get through and then had to leave a message. They did not return my call. I finally called the next day and got connected to a person in service so I could schedule an appointment. I told them about the phone issues and they have known about the issue. They offered a free service to send someone to pick up my vehicle which I thought would be very convenient. The dealership service department was short staffed and were almost 5 hours late coming to get my vehicle. The service guys that did come were nice but came after 7pm that day. I had a seatbelt recall and a computer update and they had my car for 2 days. They did send me a text when my vehicle was ready and were nice when I picked it up. All in all, I would only use this dealership if I had to. I would not use them for any other service besides recalls or warranty work.

From start to finish my experience was a breeze. I went in for a recall service and my advisor Michael B. had great communication, kept me updated the entire time. Super kind and respectful staff and car was returned in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them for any car service and will return myself in the near future.

This was an excellent service. They pick my vehicle up they informed me when they were leaving to come to my house to pick up my vehicle. They informed me when they arrived at the shop. Jeff, inform me what was going on with my vehicle. This was an excellent service And I will inform anyone that I know about the service. I received at five star fordIn the excellent. My service was excellent! Mike B. was able to take care of my car. He was accommodating of my busy schedule and made arrangements accordingly. I highly recommend coming to Five Star and have already referred others to check them out. I want to also give a shout out to Chris for giving me a ride to work. One of Five Star’s technicians performed a “recall” work order on my 2016 Mustang, and though I do not know his name the outcome of his efforts was exceptional. This was the absolute best experience you could ever hope for! By far the best treatment I have ever received from any automotive company. The quality of work was outstanding. I was charged mistakenly and they promised to take care of it and credit my account. The service was fast and efficient. The staff made me want to upgrade my Bronco sport. They did not tell me anything but reality.
