“Scan & Go or Customer Pickup?? Which would you choose??? Figured I'd run inside and grab some lamb chops to see how long it would take. 10 minutes max from arrival to hopping back in my car. I used the Scan & Go app, and there was no line at the door. So, once they scanned my QR receipt and my chops, I was out the door. Next, I went to the pickup section, and checked in for the order I'd placed the day prior. It took about 8 minutes for them to bring it out. The employee was kind and efficient. She packed everything neatly, and even grabbed some nuggets that were almost forgotten. Overall, I think I love scan & go, when I have time to shop and some labor to help me load the car when I leave. But, I certainly love the convenience of pick up!”
