This morning I was on my way to drop some clothes to donate. A gentleman was outside putting in things that others left through out the night in the store he saw me parking and immediately yells we only accept donation at 9 when the store opens. He was black and short and I wanted to tell him brother the only reason you have a job is because of people like me who donates and what's an extra bag from all the other stuff you just picked up. However some people take their job too serious. From now on I won't donate anymore personally.

Came here to donate, the representative did not come out and greet. He stood behind the door and waited till I got all the bags out. Didn't come with a cart or anything to assist. Never said hello, and acted as if he didn't want to hand me a receipt. Disgraceful. I will not shop here or drop off any goods ever.

Um yes...this goodwill is it... I even found quilts and pillows I felt I could just sleep on without washing. The place is spacious and I love the layout. It's not the typical goodwill layout. The house wear items are to the left when you walk in and not all the way down back. I enjoyed my experience. I found so many great things at a low price.

Just went to the Goodwill at 124 and Ronald Reagan to drop off a donation. I never donate junk. It's always usable stuff. I was told by the person at the donation door that everything I had needed to be in boxes or he couldn't accept it. Name me another business that gets free merchandise that they can overcharge for when they resell it. Now they tell you how they want it delivered? From now on it goes in the garbage. They will get nothing else from me.

I would give 0 stars. I packed up my SUV with mostly new clothing and shoes that I have for about 2 years, and some only worn once I got there it was 7:23 pm. The staff watched me back up to the donation center, then shook his head that they are closed. I pointed to the business hours that says 8pm closing. He said the store is open but donation is closed at seven False information. He proceeded to argue with me, which I refused.whst is so hard about taking donations. I just trashed hundreds of dollars of good new clothing. Never donating again. Others could even get to donate. Poor customer service.Several vehicles came while I was leaving and couldn't donate. You are getting the stuff but ir you can't spend the time to take it. Instead of arguing just take the stuff. I guess they get too much do they don't want it. Next time I will have a yard sale.

My daughter found a cute dkny white sweater sent her to do a price check one of the ladies in the register said $6.24 so when i went to check out the manager said no that that sweater was $13.99. She said the other lady is not a manager she doesn’t know. My daughter was very upset, maybe they should have a meeting and go over prices!!! Ridiculous. Also goodwill is getting out of hand, the sak used bag for $18. Crazy!

The guy helping me unload the wooden shelves and chest of drawers stacked everything in one bin and scraped the corner of the wood furniture on the door frame.

Shop Here Daily, Employees are great... Corporate had the idea to reduce the book section by 50%, disconfigure the shoe section where it looks super sloppy now, and replace those with Candy and Dollar Tree items... Really sloppy job by corporate, just happened to Pleasant Hill as well. The book section is pointless now , Rather Shop Value village, city thrift or southern thrift and pay more for better items...

Very nice place and it's rare I shop at this store. It was a change from the Duluth store. This store was very clean and except for a few pieces of clothing on the floor. My mom bought a magazine holder that still had cobwebs on it, It looked like someone just put it on the floor without taking the time to clean it up. Like they were supposed to, for I work at the Covington store. It's not the cashier job to clean it It's person working in Wares job.
