I have long hair with layers. I told my hair stylist, Brenda, it's just too hot and heavy and as long as it's not shorter than the middle of my back, I'm happy. She did exactly that and even did a great job styling it! So much lighter, she took a fair amount off but still kept the length I wanted! Thanks so much Brenda!!

DO NOT GO TO THE HAIRSTYLIST BRENDA!!
I didn't even want to give a one-star. I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this salon. I specifically asked the hairstylist for long layers and to KEEP my length. Instead, she took it upon herself to cut off FOUR INCHES of my hair! How does that even happen when I clearly requested to maintain my length? This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.
Not only was the haircut a disaster, but when I tried to express my concerns, the stylist was dismissive and refused to take accountability. It's clear she didn't listen to me at all, and now I'm stuck waiting for months for my hair to grow back.
Management needs to seriously consider reprimanding or even firing this stylist. Mistakes happen, but the total lack of care and responsibility makes this situation so much worse. I won’t be coming back, and I would caution others to be very careful about who they trust with their hair at this salon.

I would not recommend coming to this barber shop. I came here for the first time and my hair was cut horribly to say the least. It was so bad that when I returned home I ended up cutting all of my hair off. Overall, I would not recommend anyone coming to get their hair done here.

never go again. my husband look like a scarecrow when we left and had to go to another great clips and helped out a lot. do not go to Snellville. go to grayson... they don't know how to cut mens hair.
