I would recommend Hertz on stone Mountain Highway off of Highway 78. They are great great service excellent service and make sure your vehicles are clean and make sure they were up and ready to go. I mean I really appreciate it Tonya Tony and her team they were great on point. I think you guys ever need to run again. I will be back thank you. Appreciate it. You guys are awesome.

I had an amazing experience at the Hertz in Snellville! Tonya and Icesys went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. They were extremely accommodating, patient, and professional throughout the process. Out of all the Hertz locations I’ve visited in the metro Atlanta area, this one stands out as one of the very best. Highly recommend this location if you want great customer service and a stress-free rental experience!

They didn't honor the rate of the
waiver I selected online. When I bought it up to the customer service agent, she ignored my email evidence that the price I selected online was different from what I was charged.

We have rented from the Snellville, GA location numerous times. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Last time we couldn’t get car play and Sirius radio to work. They went above and beyond trying to fix it and when they couldn’t, they got us a different car altogether. Just really nice people.
