This the worse KFC, with the most rude, unprofessional employees that I have ever encountered. I ordered takeout through the drive-thru and not only received the incorrect order, I was cursed out by one of the employees. When I asked to speak with the manager, and requested a refund, I was told , it was not their issue the order was incorrect, refunds are NEVER given. Please do not support this location. I am currently awaiting to hear back from the corporate office, in the meantime, planning a celebration in the hopes for the news of hearing about the ghetto trash being fired and replaced by employees who deserve a job.

The manager on duty said we was messing with his anxiety to place our order because we was a party of 6 and he was only working by his self & we was taking up to much of his time to place our order . This is the worst experience I have ever had with KFC. Please think twice before ordering your food from John & his team . I was rate this store a 0 for rating . He is very disrespectful and not friendly . I would love to speak to the owner if I could .

New year's eve heading home..hungry..yes my favorite..first at this location and last...it was late just before closing..order my usual went home..the chicken was hard dried out wasn't edible..went back store manager didn't want to address it in anyway..bit annoyed now.. this guy should not be in customer service of any kind.. waffle house it was...

They don’t even deserve 1 star this place needs to be shut down truly horrible experience I ordered a 3 wing meal the fries were stale and hard and I was so disgusted I didn’t want to even eat the chicken. I went back to get a refund because I was not going to eat the food the so called manager was a complete jerk refused to give me a refund and threw some fries in the box saying that’s all he could do. When I asked for his name he refused to give me his name I had to call corporate to file a complaint. This establishment needs to be closed they hardly have business and I understand why now. I will be following up to make sure they understand that you can’t treat people any way and get away with it

I had to get me a 4 piece of extra crispy chicken mush potatoes & gravy cold slaw and biscuits. And everything was on point.

What a horrible location. I asked for a receipt and there wasn't one. The very unpleasant lady said she must have thrown it away. After waiting more than 10 minutes I was told it would be an additional 7 minutes for biscuits. I immediately asked for a refund in which a lady with 7 facial piercings and a braid on the side told me there was no manager and she can't do refunds. She then asked me if I wanted a cookie in place of the biscuit. I disputed the charge with my bank and went on my way. DO NOT go to this location. Drive down to Loganville where the customer service is much better!

Uber eats delivered to my house 40.00 worth of freeze dried chicken from this location that was so hard and old it was not able to be eaten. It went in the trash. And no one even cares. Stay away. After working 16 hours thought this was a good idea. Only took my money but I blame Uber eats for that and kfc for sending out old food to its customers. Original recipe is suppose to be tender and good. U could have used the skin as sandpaper. Don’t let them take your hard earned money.

I dined in, and was Almost assaulted by a dark skinned male with tear drops and his Pregnant baby mama,, both were employees. All I asked was 4 a tray for my dine in order. If they don't get rid of those two, they will be facing a serious lawsuit soon.They don't seem mentally capable and fit to work with customers.

3 strikes and they are OUT! They never have tenders or chicken ready to serve. Today it was no tenders and 25 minute wait for any chicken at 6:15 in the evening ?

The last two times we went there they didn't even have any chicken. Service was horrible. Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone came to help me and I was the only customer there. When they did take my order they were very rude. After this happened about five times I said I will never go back there again. Ambiance was a lot of lazy rude people who worked there.

Order the #8 3 piece original with mash potatoes and coleslaw. Open the box @ home. NO Coleslaw or mash potatoes

I order food here today my chicken had blood inside it was pink meat the chicken was not done at all I would not recommend! This is the worst upon bad experience I have had with this location

I just went there and purchased a 12 piece nugget only. I opened them to check to be sure because the container was so smal.and sure enough, I was missing one. I advised the guy at the window immediately and asked for the nuggets back. I was surprised they didn't return quickly with an extra nugget. A different worker brought me the nuggets and handed them to me abd said ' I counted them, it twelve, one qas just small'. This nugget she called small was the the equivalent of a crumb. I took them and proceeded to leave. I guess the additional nugget was going to either come out of her pocket or set the store back on cost. Needless to say, poor customer service, last visit.

This KFC location has got to be the WORST I've ever visited. A few weeks ago, my brother and I came to grab something quick to eat and we like KFC. We got the 3-piece meal. Orig. Chicken was ok- but soggy. The biscuit was HARD AS A ROCK! I mean not editable at all! My brother threw it against the wall and it literally sound like a rock! When we went in to order- there was 2 workers- ONLY. The fountain drink machine did not work. I informed the worker who said he was the manager and he said I know- it hasn't worked I'm a while! Wow! Fast-forward--- decided to go to this same location 2 days ago. Give them another chance. This time I ordered an 8 piece family meal- this time I checked the biscuits and ONCE AGAIN- THEY WERE HARD! I went back to the window and asked them why they think it's ok to sell customers this crap! All young staff- one young lady said we are making a new batch now. I asked, how long will that take? She says 16min. I said, no thanks but regardless why would you give me these old, hard biscuits! She offered a side/extra Chicken for the inconvenience but that was not the point! I should have checked the gravy too! When I got to my destination and opened the gravy-OMG! IT WAS WATER! I literally poured it down the drain like brown water! This place is awful! KFC has always been upstanding with fresh food! This location either need to revamp workers and shut down completely! This location is putting a bad light on 'Colonel' the owner of this establishment need to get a hold on this location before law suits start to surface!
