The people who work in this pharmacy do an excellent job. I have been using this pharmacy for many many years. I have never been disappointed. It's the main reason I go to this Kroger instead of any other store.

This pharmacy has always done a great job with filling my prescriptions.Dave (one of the pharmacy technicians) he is the nicest person to deal with & he always calls me by my name when I come to pick up my medications.I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs to take medications.

I received my first and second dose of the Covid vaccine from this Kroger pharmacy and each time I was administered the vaccine it was super quick and unpleasant. After my first dose the gentleman barely put my bandage on where he stuck me so I bled into my shirt. After being administered my second dose the young lady that stuck me in my arm didn’t even place the bandage anywhere close to where my vaccine went in.. she just put a band aid on my arm. I’ve never been treated like this at a “health facility” a day in my life and I don’t appreciate it at all. I hope this location does a better job at caring for it patients and I don’t recommend going here for anything other than picking up medicine if that.

The staff is always amazing and very easy to work with. I left CVS pharmacy because the lack of customer service and you couldn't get your prescriptions on time. This location is the real deal. You will not be disappointed.

The store was well stocked and the staff was very friendly. The system went down while in line which caused the cashiers to be unable to accept cards...however they handled it very well. Some of the customers were being rude, but the cashiers all maintained their cool until the system began working again. I felt really bad for them....I guess some people just don't know how to be patient nor do they understand some things are beyond an employee's control.

2nd WORSE KROGER (Snellville) I've ever been in. The other was in a poor area of Indianapolis. Same prices but substandard facility, service and produce ... apparently, area and clientele make a difference(?). The second the sliding doors opened I sensed something was different. Think I was in a state of shock. My first thought was "am I at Kroger?". This store was not bright nor clean looking like I was accustomed to seeing with this grocery chain. It was jammed packed with aisles and displays tightly fitted in... the layout was weird. I found myself walking through lines to get through the store not because it was crowded but because of the store layout ... I honestly thought I was in a privately owned grocery store (and if you've ever been in one you know what I mean). This store was so substandard I was not comfortable shopping in it. I walked back across the front of the store to the front door then out! No lunch for me from here (salad, sushi, etc.) this day. I just happened to be working in this area on this day and stopped in ... but never again.

This store is chaotic. So unorganized and there are multiple shelves empty! The parking lot is crazy too! This is the worst Kroger i have ever shopped at. The isles make no sense .. the whole layout of the store could be a LOT better. Never going back there!

Unfortunately, this store seems to be sliding into a negative status. Recently I had a manager who was bagging items bag a PIE on it's side..standing on it's side. When I took it out of the bag and fixed it and asked him why he would do that, I got a snarky "have a nice day ma'am" and then he literally ignored me. This offends me because I work hard for the money I spend, and I want the things I purchase to be treated well. And as a paying customer, I expect some basic common courtesy. Don't be on your phone when you are checking me out. Don't be eating when you are checking me out. Don't be chatting so much that my groceries pile up and don't get bagged. These are not outrageous expectations. Added to the above, the produce appears to be getting worse. With an Aldi and a Publix a stones throw from this store one would think they'd want to improve customer service and offer better selections. And training is sorely needed, as without customers, there is no store. I don't even want to start on the chaotic parking lot, with carts piled well outside of the corrals, and cars parked in the fire lane on a regular basis. I did send feed back about the most recent incident to customer service and got a canned reply. If things don't change fast, I'll be doing all of my shopping elsewhere.

The cashiers were extremely sarcastic and rude. It was probably the worst experience at a Kroger I have ever had. I won't be back to this one for sure. If you can't work well with customers, you shouldn't be in this line of business. 😒

Centerville Kroger Pharmacy has always served me in a kind and timely manner. They also always take the time to answer questions and to even come out into the store to find OTC options for me since I can't take certain pain medications. I can't recommend them highly enough.
