Kroger is a favorite place to shop, offering thousands of quality food and household products. It is a one-stop shop for fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs. Customers love the weekly digital deals, digital coupons in the app, and weekly BOGO deals for great savings. The shelves are well stocked and the staff is generally helpful and friendly. The store now offers pickup service where you can order on your phone and collect groceries in the parking lot. Some concerns include too many self-checkout lines, which can be difficult for some, and occasional short staffing.
Ever since they did the remodel it’s been difficult to find everything I’m looking for. The layout is very different from all the other Kroger’s I’ve been too and I don’t think it’s efficient. The deli and bakery is also closed 2 hours earlier than other stores.

I wish one of the employees would STOP smoking at the produce entrance by the shopping carts. Customers shouldn't have to be subjected to cigarette smoke while walking into the store. Same guy is always smoking there.

For a Thursday at 2:00 pm this store was very busy. They had one cashier and both self check areas were backed up. There were other employees doing other jobs but isn't sales more important. The managers need to step up and help if this is the situation!
