The staff were very kind and the process was quick, but the bathroom they had me test in was absolutely filthy !!
No seat covers, toilet covered in stains that wiped away on the sides and seat, obvious pubic hairs all over the seat. Actually disgusting :(

After issues checking in, (lady at desk didn't know how to look up through e-scrip) everyone was professional and really nice. Lots of privacy and didn't take lone.
