Oh, no! I am not happy. I will not return to this location - #1016199 Centerville. My experience today was not pleasant. The store was unkempt with trash and leaves on the floor from the door being proped open. I placed an order online to be ready asap, which was to take 20 mins. After waiting an initial 20 mins, I entered the store to collect my order and was told someone must have cleared the order from the system because it is not in here (therefore it is not ready) after giving my name and order number, showing the order on my phone. I was told it will be remade fresh. I asked how long will it take and was told 10-15 minutes. I walked back out to my car to wait. I went back in the store at 20 mins for my order and a new person was at the counter. I briefly explained what I was waiting on and was told let me check, after 5-ish minutes was told here you go and 5 items were placed in from of me. I asked if the order was complete because I should be recieved 7 items. Was told it is not all ready so let me put this back in the warmer and will have to wait again. After another 10 minutes and my follow up I was given 7 items - 2 pizzas and small packages were put in a bag and tied close. + I still had to ask for my sauce. When I got the food home to finally enjoy, the puffs I had been waiting to get my hands on were, tiny, over cooked; burnt and super dry. There was 1 pepperoni on each puff. Is that right for a pepperoni puff - doesn't match the advertisements at all!? A true waste of my money and my time, energy, and efforts.

My wife ordered a pizza here for dinner through the app for pickup/carryout...it was our first time here and we were ordering off of a spur of the moment idea. Well, when we pulled up to pick up our order, there was a line inside because apparently they had run out of ingredients to make certain pizzas (that included ours which was a stuffed crust pizza). What was most frustrating was the fact that the employees in the restaurant couldn't issue refunds because the general store manager was not there.I was given the store manager's number to contact them about arranging a refund, and when I did so the next day and explained my issue, Natasha (the store manager) immediately rebutted my experience and said "no, we should have had enough ingredients last night"...HUH?? I told her they didn't and we were charged for a pizza that we never received. So, she said she was busy but would get back to me to further discuss. Guess what happened? No call. And when I followed up, no answer :-)Natasha, if you or your husband reads this, just know the door is open to fix this issue (you have my number), but until then I hope karma handles you, however it sees fit :-)This establishment has no grounding in principle based on my experience, and from the other reviews it is clear that this is a systemic issue within this store and they don't respect the community they serve.Steer clear away. We certainly will!

Just order the ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni pizza and it’s like they just added pepperoni and cheese on top of an already done classic pepperoni pizza then ran it back through the oven so it was all dried out and tough smh never going to this location again … the crazy bread was even tough like what!!! they do t even deserve one star!

The customer service was fast and friendly. My biggest issue was the food. The beardsticks were all tiny and either raw or nearly burnt. The crazy sauce cup was less than half full. Lastly, the pizza was made well but wasn't cut at all. Not even an attempt was made to cut it. This location needs alot of work.

I placed an online order for pickup at this location. The app indicated my order was ready. However, upon arrival, I was informed that not only was my order not prepared, but the store had also run out of essential ingredients such as dough and cheese. This was particularly distressing as there was no prior notification of such a shortage.Furthermore, the store was manned by two individuals who were not in the standard company uniform nor did they wear name tags, making it difficult to ascertain their association with Little Caesars. This, combined with a noticeable lack of professionalism and the inability to manage the store effectively, was concerning.The situation escalated as customers, including myself, experienced prolonged wait times without clear communication. One customer resorted to bribing an employee for the last available pizza, an incident that highlights the severity of the disarray. Requests for refunds or store credit were outright denied, and the staff members eventually left the premises, claiming they were sourcing supplies from another location, leaving the store unattended and customers bewildered and frustrated.This experience not only reflects poorly on the Centerville Hwy store but tarnishes the Little Caesars brand as a whole. I hope this feedback prompts a thorough investigation into the management and operational standards at this location. It is crucial for the brand's integrity that customers receive reliable, courteous service, and that incidents like this are rectified swiftly.Avoid this location. Little Cesar's has done nothing

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY TAKE FOREVER TO TAKE AN ORDER AND THEY TAKE PERSONAL CALLS WHILE TALKING TO YOU. THEY NEVER GET ORDERS CORRECT.. THIS ENTIRE STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN , PLACED UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEEDS AN ENTIRE NEW STAFF!!!

It’s incredibly frustrating that a store can’t turn off their online orders and will let you order through Ubereats, wait 2 hours for the order, only for them to tell our driver they were closed. Like…just cancel the order immediately???

I placed 2 orders of the crazy puffs (1 of each kind) on my app. It clearly states on the app as well as on the commercials that 4 puffs come in the order. Well when my son dropped them off to me at work, there were only 3 puffs in each box. Mind you the tape was still in tack. Yes, I tried calling the store location before I decided to do this online review and it states the number is not in service at this time. I also tried calling corporate and had to leave a message on their answering service as well.

This place, the service and the food is a disgrace. This location needs a major overhaul. The little guy that says he's the manager really needs a customer service class and to be adequately trained in how to address situations. The pizza was burned and unevenly cooked. I will not be going back there. And I hope nobody else go there..

I placed an order at 5:55pm. Pick up was supposed to be 6:25. I was told 10 more minutes, 7 more minutes. I confirmed “in 7 minutes my whole order will be ready?” I was told yes. I gave them 10 minutes. I went back and they were JUST putting part of my order in the oven. I did not leave until 7:20pm - and my order was incomplete. He boxed my order, it fell over on the counter, he picked it up and put it back in the box. I told him to forget it, I no longer wanted that and I didn’t want to wait any longer. I got home and my dough was raw and gummy. All of that time I waited and still couldn’t eat the food - maybe that’s for the best because they were unsanitary and I probably would’ve gotten sick. I would have just canceled my order after waiting, but their “No Refunds” sign was very loud and clear. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location, but this was my last time going to this location.In the picture, that’s not cheese, the cheese was barely melted. That is raw pizza dough.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but this place is TERRIBLE. It is FILTHY! I literally saw a stranger walk in the back door, through the kitchen, to the front to sit and wait for her Uber. The employees walked in from hanging outside, no one washed their hands or put on gloves. I will NEVER again.

Absolutely terrible! The pizza was unevenly cooked burned, not sure how you get thick crust and thin crust on the same pizza. It was clearly old product.
