This place is incredible. My car has a serious problem that requires the subframe to be replaced. All mechanics in East Cobb simply told me that I should just sell my car to and no one is willing to fix it. One of them told me that even if he wants to fix it, he can not do it because he could not find the part needed. But when I brought my car to Mr. Long, not only did he fix it, but he charged me less than half the amount the people at East Cobb would charge me. From now on, if anything in my car needs to be fixed, I will only bring it to Mr. Long.

LITERALLY told my husband (who is black) I don’t want to deal with your kind!! My husband was referred to this place and got disappointed. He told my husband “to go next door to those Jamaicans and let them fix your vehicle I don’t want dealing with you, your kind nor your vehicle”. I will be calling the BBB TODAY!!!

I recently used this company for a repair. I will not be going back. Even though an estimate is available for power steering service and issues, like with the Hydro-boost malfunctioning, he insisted that I have it towed in and would not give a ball park estimate, so I was forced to bring it in since it wasn't driveable, and I needed it repaired urgently. I feel that he took advantage of me on that. He up-charged me around $300 extra for the repair, although while being very friendly. I have seen other reviews where there was a caution about him up-charging. When I came to pick it up, he kept trying to up-sell me for more work on it, expensive work, and kept doing it, like 4 times--he kept coming out if his office, and kept saying, "Also, you need this-----" I got caught, and will not get caught again.

Went in on Saturday and got into an argument with the mechanic. He got extremely defensive and came out from behind the counter and threatened to throw me to the ground and elbow me across my face. Now I'm out of the money I spent the day before because it was not fixed right to begin with....
