Update: A noticable change in Customer Engagement in the last 3 months. Clean parking lot makes you a 3.5Old Reply:2 stars: Same as HD. BIG BOX who employees care little about the customer or customer service. Barely any smiles and most time you can tell the employees focus is store functions.

We needed to replace our washing machine recently. Krystal was extremely helpful and spent time with us explaining pros and cons of the machines we had considered. We have bought all of our major appliances from Lowe’s so we had no qualms with purchasing the washer from them. I am very happy with my new washer!! It doesn’t get out of balance and the clothes come out super clean. Thank you Krystal for your knowledge and guidance. Thank you Lowe’s for hiring quality people!!

Had a delivery scheduled for Friday for a stove. I rent the house. They said they would reach out the day before with a time frame. Never heard from anyone. I noticed online it was now saying delivery on Saturday. I tried calling many times but no one could tell me anything. I kept getting put on hold then hung up on after holding. Now online it is saying delivery on Sunday. Very inconsiderate for someone needing to take off work to be home for NOTHING.My husband and I are starting the process of buying our own home and we will need to buy appliances and all kinds of things. Glad I know how Lowe's treats their customers before I spend thousands of my dollars with them.

A big shout out to the garden center team at this Lowes. We bought our dream Christmas tree today. It was a display tree and although Marc (garden center Manager) was reluctant to sell it to us, he was as sweet as can be with making an exception. It took quite a lot of convincing from my end but after Marcia (cashier) put a good word in for me, we walked out with the perfect tree for our little girls Christmas. Unfortunately, I forgot the gentleman's name who assisted us with getting the tree ready but again thank you to the whole garden center team at this Lowes. We will be back next year.

I do not recommend renting work machines here!!!I rented a machine that was not clean, when I got to work the machine was not working properly and after trying to get it working for 1 hour I decided to go back to the store to change it, I lost 2 hours trying to get the machine working and changing it in the store, When I return it they tell me that it is not clean when I received it that way. Really bad service

If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would!! Mrs. Pat was awesome!!! I visited Home Depot first but I couldn't get anyone to help me. I visited this store 30 minutes before they closed and Mrs Pat went over and beyond to help me. She wasn't rushing. She was very knowledgeable and great at her craft. She saved my night. For this reason, I will encourage everyone with hardware needs to visit this location. She definitely put a smile on my face in a time of frustration.

Store was clean and items were easy to find. I don't need help but I did see enough employees where I didn't feel like I would have to search to find one for assistance. Self checkout is convenient and they always have what we need.

MANAGER IN APPLIANCES (Kendra) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! Came in to purchase an over the range microwave, was helped by the manager. She told us which microwaves would be able to fit in our home so we asked which ones they had in stock that way we could pick… she then proceeded to tell us “99% we have all of these that are on display in stock”… mind you my mom asked if she could check in their system which ones they had in stock 100% because we needed it ASAP, but Kendra assured us that there was no need since they had them all in stock. So my mom and I spend OVER AN HOUR trying to see which one we would like since we had so many options right? WRONG!!! We picked one of the microwaves she suggested and come to find out by another floor assistant that they didn’t have that one in stock. So we proceeded to go speak with Kendra again this time with the other store associate, Kendra comes over and says”if we don’t have it in stock we don’t have it” and to that i replied “well you said 99% you have them when my mom asked you to check and you refused” She then tells us “well i said 99% not 100%”….. At this point I had enough and told her “MA’AM so your customers are just supposed to play a gamble with that 1% when shopping?” My mom tells her “as a manager I would have liked it if you had been honest and maybe told us hey, pick which one you like and we can check if we have it in stock” (while my mom is telling her this she puts her hand up and says “have a great day”) she was very confident in telling us they had them all in stock and wasting our time. I did not get the other associates name but she was very sweet and explained everything to me and even helped give us 2 other locations where they had them in stock so thank you to her!

They came out to install a dishwasher and flooded, our basement and broke off pipes in the wall. We reported it to them and they will not process the insurance claim. They give you a number to an answering machine, you leave a message and no calls you back. Their motto should be "we got your money and now we do not care about you."

Purchased an item online before Halloween and tried to return it still in the original packaging after I spoke to their online customer support team and they sent me a code to return it in store. When returning it to the store they refused to allow me to return it and told me it's no returns after Halloween. The ghetto manager came up and said "nope it says on the sign that there's no returns" despite me buying it online so I wouldn't even see the sign. Horrible experience and won't be buying from them again!!! If u buy from there anything holiday related, lub3 up cuz ur gonna get fu€ked!

I buy a lot of things from here but to buy a tool box that was 50 dollars off because of a promotion just to install it and realize it’s been used and installed before. Great job Lowe’s. Sell a used product almost at full price.
