They post a bunch of fake adds on Facebook with fake pricing. go to the shop and the machines are not there and the prices are much higher.

Jose was on top of communication through Facebook messenger. Product and price were exactly as quoted. Jose and another man assisted with loading my product and both Jose and the other gentleman were so sweet, polite and professional.

I bought a used stove yesterday and on the way home it tipped over on the highway and the handle and glass on the door shattered. I brought it back to the store honestly to see if they wanted it for spare parts assuming it wouldn’t be fixed. The worker (can’t remember his name sadly) was able to find a door that fit it and fixed it for me for free. I am SO appreciative of the customer service that was provided to me! Highly recommend this store for your needs!

Staff pays excellent attention to their customers!! They communicated well and made sure I had what I wanted and needed. They helped my relative as they were able to communicate in Spanish !! 100% recommend.

Workers know both English and Spanish which comes in handy. Also, the workers are super kind and welcoming! If you are looking for cheap deals of great quality (both used and new) I totally recommend this for you!

Purchased a mattress set 5-16-2020. They said it would be delivered the following Wed. Called to see what happened. I was told they were waiting on box springs. I was not informed that at the time of purchase. If I would have known at the time of purchase I would have taking my business elsewhere. I called back every week for the next few months. NO box springs. Every time I called they were coming the following week. That week never came!! I finally decided not to wait any longer. The last week of June I decided to go to the store so they could refund my money. I went on a Saturday. I asked the manager for a refund. I paid $384.50 total. At first he said he would give me my money back but only $20.00 because they already delivered me the mattress. I told him that wasn't true and I wanted my money back. We got into a screaming match because he said he so many words that I had the mattress with No box spring. Another worker came from the back and he was talking to him in another language. He was very rude and disrespectful!! I had to contact the police. The police officer came and I told him the situation. The police officer asked him if the items were delivered did I have to sign anything stating they were delivered. He said yes and the police asked where was the paper. The manager stated it was at another store. Never knew they had another store. When you go online it only shows the address for this store. The police officer asked when could he have the paper. The manager said by Monday. I told the police officer I never signed any paper because it was never delivered. If he comes with a paper it was forged. The police officer told me to come back on Monday and if he couldn't present me with any documentation to call them back and I would to file charges and go to small claims court. I went back to the store on the following Monday. I was not greeted by the other worker. He called the manager out. He didn't apologize and never made eye contact. He asked for my card and refunded my money. He stated it would take 3 to 5 days to be refunded back to my card. He didn't say sorry or have a nice day. This was the worse experience ever!! BEWARE!!

Good prices on quality scratch-and-dent merchandise. Mario was helpful with time and information on refrigerators. He made an effort to help us find the refrigerator that best met our needs --quality, price, style.

No prices posted for appliances. When you ask for a price, the woman in the shop has to make a phone call to someone else to find out the price. Magically, the price we were given after waiting just happened to be at the top of the price range we said we were looking for.
